Impressed by the value and easy-to-use site. But disappointed as half my order got cancelled after confirmation. A week later and still no refund. The other half of the order is supposed to arrive tomorrow. If it does, delivery times are fast.

Ordered a handbag from this company, got a message confirming the order. My bank showed the money pending for payment. Waited for days with no update on when the product would be shipped. No info from them that the item was unavailable. Quite disappointed with the service. Only heard from my bank about the refunded payment. Never had issues like this with Kate Spade in the USA. Overall, not happy with the customer service.

Customer service at both the Gunwharf Quays store and the online support team is absolutely terrible. There's zero aftercare; once they've got your money, they simply don't care. They won't take back faulty items, even though it's against the law! I strongly advise against shopping with Kate Spade.

While I've had smooth transactions in the past, my last experience with this website was a bit disappointing. One of the bangles was missing from my order, requiring a reorder. Although I received a prompt refund for the missing item, I'm still awaiting reimbursement for the postage charge on the second order. Despite this hiccup, I've had generally positive experiences with this site in the past, but it would be great to see more consistency in customer service regarding refunds.
