My two frends and I booked slots
by Robyn

My two frends and I booked slots for permanent bracelets. The staff struggled to attach mine and admitted lacking proper training. I should've reconsidered then. I picked a $169 bracelet which broke off in just 2 weeks. It was so thin that I didn't even notice it fell off, and Claire's refused to address the issue, claiming they could only replace it if lost within the initial days. It's been 2 weeks now. Permanent bracelet? Not really. It's better to save your resources and avoid the hassle by steering clear of them.

I got a fake fifty dollar bill from
by Anonymous

I got a fake fifty dollar bill from a Tulsa store. They didn't fix it, and now my thirty dollar buy became an eighty dollar one. They'd call the cops if I gave them a fake bill, but when they give me one, I'm just supposed to deal with it.

Save your time and money elsewhere.
by Keziah Holcomb

Save your time and money elsewhere. The website and app are far from user-friendly. The products are prone to breaking, and some earrings don't even connect properly. The discounted prices are reflective of cheap materials, so don't expect durability. Consider investing in higher-priced items with better quality if you're looking for products that will last longer.

It's currently 11:30, and the store still
by Kayla

It's currently 11:30, and the store still hasn't opened as I anticipated. I opted for online ordering, only to find myself waiting with uncertainty about when an employee will arrive to unlock the doors for my pickup. The system advertised a two-hour pickup window, with stated operating hours from 10 am to 8 pm, yet here I am, questioning the logic behind a system that allows for such situations with no staff present for business commencement. This experience has left me questioning the value of my time and the reliability of the service.

I've experienced consistent letdowns
by Anonymous

I've experienced consistent letdowns with Claire's in Ireland. Purchased a pricey Stitch backpack for my daughter, and within three weeks, the zipper gave out. Also, spent €12 on an anklet that broke after just three wears. Additionally, in most stores, there's a lack of engagement in loyalty programs, with no one bothering to ask for phone numbers or emails to accrue points.

I was refused service at this store simply because I'm 17 and wanted to buy earrings
by Chloe Mae Borneman

I was refused service at this store simply because I'm 17 and wanted to buy earrings. It's frustrating to be discriminated against based on age for such a simple purchase.

This deceitful company illicitly exploited
by Lidia Andersen

This deceitful company illicitly exploited my personal information, inundating me with unwanted SPAM. They pilfered my email, enrolling me in their promotions without consent. Despite unsubscribing, the relentless SPAM persists, creating an unsettling and intrusive experience.
