He assured me that I'd get my refund within 7-10 business days, but that hasn't happened. Despite their confirmation in email, Capbeast hasn't followed through on the refund. Now, they're not responding to my messages, and I may have to explore legal options to get my money back.

I ordered two hats, and they completely messed up one of them. Despite my willingness to pay for a replacement due to minor mistakes on the original hat, it's been two months with no response or delivery. I've sent three emails, but after the first one, they simply stopped responding. They've essentially robbed me of $75, leaving me with an unusable hat and no sign of the replacement. This site is an absolute joke.
