I'm happy with the products when they come. I took a star or two coz there's ZERO communication between Oakley and the customer when there's an issue with prescription. I had this happen twice. Frames were incompatible with prescription type stuff. No big deal, right? Except if you don't know there's an issue how can you fix it? When you log into your account it just says "Canceled". No explanation as to why. You have to contact CS for that. Nowhere does it say to put the prescription in manually to verify the frame you want is compatible with your prescription. That's important and useful information. If you don't need prescription lenses, they're good. With great prices. I'll still order from SI. Armed with better information due to previous failures.

I got the incorrect shoe size initially, but luckily the ones I received somehow worked for my needs. Dealing with the sizing mishap was a hassle, and I didn't have the luxury of time for return hassles.

These sunglasses were my constant companion throughout my time in Iraq. I never had to worry about them falling off, even during highly active moments, and they remained scratch-free and undamaged. I absolutely love these glasses and now find myself in need of another pair! (They survived Iraq but couldn't withstand the curiosity of my young daughter!)

The customer service is truly excellent. I initially had to return my pair because, regrettably, I ordered the wrong color without paying attention. On my second attempt, I received an XL instead of a regular frame— entirely my fault. However, when I finally received the correct pair, I was overjoyed with the fitment and quality. From that point on, I only purchase Oakley from this website. I absolutely love my sunglasses.

Ordered eyeglasses from the OSI

Ordered eyeglasses from the OSI website. Experienced delays in receiving production updates. After reaching out, miraculously, they provided a shipping status with tracking the next day. However, the supplied tracking link indicated that the item did not exist. Despite waiting a few more business days, the shipping details remained unchanged. Regrettably, I could never obtain a straight answer from their customer service department regarding my eyeglasses.
