Not really pleased with the company.

Not really pleased with the company. I got two pairs of sunglasses online. It said I'd get a 30% discount on the second pair, but it didn't apply at checkout. Called customer service, quick response, but the assistant wasn't helpful, said the discount doesn't apply to sale items. Nothing in description. Advertisement was misleading.

I kinda like how the site tells you what glasses can have a prescription, but it was annoyin' tryna put my prescription in online. Had to go to my ophthalmologist 'cause of that.

I've had a really bad time dealing

I've had a really bad time dealing with this company. I placed an order in January, and my package supposedly got lost during delivery. They eventually gave me a refund after three weeks of going back and forth. Since I really needed the item, I bought it again. However, when it arrived, I didn't like it, so I returned it on February 7th. They received it a few days later, but as of March 7th, I still haven't received my refund. The customer service advisors keep giving me automated responses that aren't helpful at all. My emails are being ignored, and they've even lied about trying to refund my money. My bank confirmed there hasn't been any attempt to refund my account. This has honestly been the worst experience I've ever had, and it's the first time I've felt the need to leave such a negative review for a company. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM! If you can, go to a physical store to get a refund immediately. WHERE IS MY MONEY?!
