My order still hasn’t shown up, and it’s been three weeks since I made the purchase. There hasn’t been any shipping info for a week now. I emailed mini olie three times without getting a response. I also tried to reach out via WhatsApp, but no one replied. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and if it doesn’t come in a week, I’ll be disputing the payment I made.

Big red alert! Steer clear of this online store – seriously, don't even think about it. Waited over a month for my stuff, and guess what? When it finally rolled in, a bunch of items were MIA. And guess who's still charged for the whole shebang? Yep, me! Tried talking to customer service, and let's just say, it's a disaster. No refunds for the vanishing items, and to top it off, the clothes are basically a cheap imitation of what they flaunt on the website. Trust me, save yourself the hassle – this is hands down the worst shopping trip of my life!

Against using miniolie

I strongly advise against using miniolie. It was a complete disappointment. The delivery took an agonizing 3 weeks, and the product was a disaster. Wrong size, terrible quality, and it felt like wearing bedsheets! When I requested a refund, they practically dismissed me, blaming high shipping costs. Their business practices are dreadful, selling low-quality items at inflated prices and making refunds a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this site at all costs!

Miniolie is a complete disaster! The quality of their products is laughably bad, and I suspect those positive reviews are fake. Trying to return items is a nightmare with their ridiculous demands for photos, which are not required by UK consumer law. To top it off, the return address is in China, making it even more frustrating. I'm determined to return their rubbish and will ensure they pay the full customs fees. Avoid this website like the plague - it's a total scam!

this website is a total scam. I mean seriously, the clothes they sell are like straight up rip-offs of other brands. Like, I could probably find the same stuff at a dollar store for better quality. And don't even get me started on their return policy - it's basically non-existent.
