    I sent back a pair of pants

    I sent back a pair of pants, but they haven't replied to me and haven't given me a refund. It’s been 2 months since they received the pants in their warehouse. They rip people off. Don’t buy from them. Thankfully, I know someone who works for a major newspaper and they will be writing about this soon.
