    The Mindful Leader Summit was

The Mindful Leader Summit was an absolute blast. The ideas and research shared were thought-provoking, and it was great to dive into some tough topics. Loved meeting new folks and catching up with familiar faces. A big plus was the free 30-minute coaching session with New Ventures; it was super insightful. Switching the in-depth workshops to the beginning and the un-conference to the end was a smart move. I did miss the interstitial movement practices though, they should definitely bring those back. Some speakers had just 30 minutes but easily needed more time, like Elisha Goldstein and Art Kleiner. But I get it, more speakers mean more diverse perspectives. Overall, the event was energizing and clarifying. Great job!

Peter Calin was our guide, and he really made everything feel achievable yet challenging in a good way. I mean, he kept us engaged and on our toes. Big thumbs up to Peter! But honestly, what I enjoyed the most was connecting with other students during breakout sessions. One thing though, sometimes when Peter asked questions, the room would go silent. I think it's not that people didn't have anything to say but maybe they were just being shy. Maybe calling on people directly would make things smoother. Overall, this was an incredible experience, and I learned so much. Thanks for everything!

    Attending a retreat with Piero

Attending a retreat with Piero Falci feels like receiving a precious gift. His kind and gentle approach makes everyone feel at home. The exercises he guides us through are perfect for meditation and relaxation, giving a lot of insight. The poetry he shares, whether his own or from other amazing poets, adds a unique touch that I absolutely love. I've joined more than four days of mindfulness retreats with Piero online, and each time, I come away feeling refreshed and more centered. I can't wait to join more of his sessions. Big thanks to Mindful Leader for making this possible.

    This conference was something else.

This conference was something else. No rush, no hurry—just people genuinely connecting. Presenters weren't just there to speak and leave; they stayed, they chatted, they collaborated. You could see new ideas forming right there. The vibe was super personal and unhurried, which made it feel more like a community gathering than a formal event. I learned so much, not just from the speakers but also from other attendees. Everyone was sharing what they’re doing in their own communities, and it was inspiring. It felt like being part of something bigger, something really meaningful.

    Attending the Mindful Leadership Summit

Attending the Mindful Leadership Summit for the first time was a blast. The speakers were so engaging and the topics they discussed really hit home. It wasn’t just the presentations; the whole vibe of the event was amazing. I met so many interesting people from different backgrounds, all sharing the same passion for mindful leadership. That sense of community was something else. I’m definitely marking my calendar for next year’s Summit and can't wait to see what other events will come out of this experience. It’s not just a conference; it’s a connection to something bigger.

I recently participated in a 5-day silent retreat guided by Piero Falci. Despite initial concerns about focus and endurance, Piero's gentle and authentic approach made the experience transformative. Facing discomfort during meditation, I embraced patience and learned valuable lessons. Piero's inspiration led to a profound shift, reinforcing my dedication to MBSR teaching. This retreat not only enriched my practice but also prompted a commitment to future engagements with Piero. I wholeheartedly endorse his guidance for those seeking meaningful mindfulness experiences.

Spent a day at the All-Day Silent Retreat and it was something else. Didn't really know what to expect, but it turned out to be pretty eye-opening. No distractions, just pure, uninterrupted time to dive into my own thoughts and feelings. Walking, sitting, stretching—each part of it made me more in tune with myself. Felt like a kid again, just exploring my own head without any rush. Definitely gonna try slowing down more often to catch up with myself. This retreat really showed me how important it is to just take a moment and listen to your own mind.

    Attended Piero Falci's 5-Day Silent

Attended Piero Falci's 5-Day Silent Retreat recently, and wow, what an experience! Everything was super well-organized, and the content really hit home. Piero's way of guiding us through the retreat was something else—made me see things in a whole new light. Felt like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, and I got some serious clarity on stuff I've been wrestling with for a while. The virtual setup worked surprisingly well, too. Definitely looking forward to more retreats like this. It was a game-changer for me, and I can't recommend it enough.

I had Ms. Thaker Punita as my instructor, and her teaching approach was impressive. She consistently kept the class focused and had a keen sense of when someone was losing track. Despite being a virtual setting, the class felt connected, creating a unique educational and emotional experience. Towards the end, the impact was so profound that it evoked tears - a testament to the transformative nature of the class. Thanks to Ms. Punita, and blessings to her.

    Peter Calin and the cohort

Peter Calin and the cohort in the 8-week MBSR course were absolutely amazing. Starting each Sunday with them was truly refreshing! I've discovered that I can find peace in every moment. While I'm not claiming to be a pro, I've definitely experienced more inner peace even when the world around me is chaotic and busy. This practice has been instrumental in helping me navigate grief and allowing me to feel my emotions without getting overwhelmed by them.

Went to this silent retreat and it was amazing. Spent 7.5 hours just relaxing and reflecting, which I never thought I needed so much. Piero, the teacher, really knows his stuff. He guided us through the whole day in such a calming way. Left feeling so at peace and really clear-headed. I didn't think silence could be so powerful. Definitely planning to make this a regular thing. Thanks for such a transformative experience.

Joining this global meditation group has been such a cool experience

I've gotta say, joining this global meditation group has been such a cool experience. Being able to meditate with people from all over the world every hour is something I never thought I'd do. It's really helped me to pause and think before reacting to things, which is huge for me. Plus, the meditation itself is super relaxing, I can actually feel my body unwinding. It's been amazing and I'm excited to keep going with it.

    I recently tried out this

I recently tried out this meditation class, and wow, it's been a game-changer. The facilitators are super compassionate and really know their stuff. They guide you through a 20-minute meditation and then there's this reflection time that’s been so helpful. What I love most is that it’s offered every hour from Monday to Friday. Perfect for unwinding after a long day at work. It’s like my daily reset button. Thanks a lot!

In my view, the MBSR mindfulness course by Mindful Leader was really good. It provided lots of techniques that I can use to lessen stress and be more mindful. Karen Jones, the facilitator, was great too. She knew a lot about mindfulness and was patient throughout all 8 classes. Her guidance made it easier for someone like me who's new to mindfulness.

Went to this conference, and there were a lot of things I liked. The networking was top-notch, got to meet some cool folks. The flow of speakers was pretty smooth, and there was even live music, which was a nice touch. The staff were super professional, and the room setups worked well. But not everything was perfect. A few speakers were kinda disappointing. Some were too academic and not great at speaking. One had a thick accent and spoke so softly that I couldn't understand a word. Plus, their slides were a mess of data and text. Others, like the opening keynote, ran over time and seemed kinda scattered. Still, overall, the conference was well-organized and managed.
