    Setup was slick and Max content is deep. Voice recognition flaked occasionally, but updates seem to improve it. Worth it for engagement.

    replacement took a minute

    Battery issue appeared month two. Support was polite but asked for videos and logs, which slowed a bit. Replacement arrived and issue was fully resolved.

    My son and daughter both use Miko, they realy like the content and programs, especially the spelling and math games. Sometimes, we all play together as a family and make a fun competition like KBC with our kids.. nice product

    SCAM COMPANY

    I saw a youtube video of ai chess board with self moving pieces and wanted to buy this as a Christmas gift for my son who is obsessed with chess. I found the website advertised in the YouTube video and it said the board was available for pre-order with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I ended up ordering it in October, but when December came around the board still wasn’t shipped. I emailed the company several times and every time was reassured that it will be delivered before Christmas. The board was finally shipped out on Dec 20 from India and arrived only on Dec 29. We tried to turn it on but it never turned on and never worked. I’ve emailed the company countless times, submitted a return request on their website and tried submitting a call back request. No one is getting back to me aside from automatic replies promising a response within 48 hours. It’s been a month, they have no intention of refunding money or processing return of their fraudulent product.

    Ordered Miko Chess, the promise on the website was to deliver before Christmas. It's already 16th Jan, no even a trace of fulfilling my order.
