    Laughably Bad Product, Terrible Customer Service

    DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The mugs ordered for an important family event were laughably bad. The print was much smaller than in the art proof, and the image quality is HORRENDOUS. Blurry, pixelated, off center. Looks cheap, like you could just peel them off. I have been trying to get a refund for MONTHS, and the customer service team just gives me the run around. Even if you get a truly awful product, they will fight you every step of the way rather than try to make it right. We also ordered tote bags, which have totally inconsistent colors across the two batches, despite the item and the design being the same. If you want quality and/or good service, DO NOT USE THEM.

    Poor Service

    The product that showed up was wrong. First it was the wrong imprint color even though I was in contact with the company within 24 hours of ordering it about the order not listing the color I wanted. The order details list everything except the imprint color. This made me question what color was the printing. Second they were supposed to be screen printed and they showed up as transfers. The order was on hold for 2 weeks because they needed better artwork but then they tell me they cant change the imprint color even after the order was on hold and I told them 7 times about my imprint color concerns. The order took a month to get. The order was wrong and unsatisfactory. All they did was defend and deflect.

    POOR customer service!!!!!!!!!

    put in a $2000 order for 100 40oz tumblers. All 100 cups came but we were missing 8 straws! If your order is missing something or something is damaged don't bother trying to get a replacement! they give you the run around and the guy just repeats himself over and over and does not give you answers. It is one guy and he wont put you through to anyone else. he finally told me a supervisor would call me which never happened of course. i tried email a week ago and nothing...........Sad because we put in large staff orders like this often. The product itself was good so we planned on returning as customers. Their loss, they lost thousands over $5 in straws. i gave up and ordered them off amazon.

    Bait and Switch - Do not use

    Would give "0" stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I placed an order for 75 rubber ducks and paid extra for rush delivery by 11/13. Was contacted today and told I had to order 150 to do a rush order (despite what was said on the website). They admitted in writing that the website was incorrect and they were going to fix it but they refused to honor my order. My only options were to double my order or wait an additional week for production. Since I am planning a party for a non-profit theater my son performs at, neither of those was an option. Spent 1/2 hour on the phone with a rep who refused to let me talk to a supervisor or help in any way. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM

    I ordered a personalized gift

    I ordered a personalized gift for a special 50th birthday bash and paid extra for fast shipping, thinking everything would arrive in time. But when I checked on the order, I saw it was "on hold." Calling their customer service was a nightmare. The rep was dismissive and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. She didn't even bother to give me any useful info. Turns out, the item was out of stock, but no one told me or refunded my money. Now it's the 18th, and I'm stuck without a gift and no time to find something else. This whole experience feels really sketchy and frustrating.

    I ordered a t-shirt expecting

    I ordered a t-shirt expecting it to be silk screened, just like customer service assured me. But when it finally arrived—10 days late, mind you—it was an iron-on! Not what I was promised at all. I had double-checked with them before ordering, and they gave me the wrong info. So frustrating. Waiting that long just to be disappointed is not cool. It's not just about the delay, but also the fact that I didn't get what I was told I would. The whole experience left a bad taste, and I'm not sure I'd trust them again. Communication and delivery need a serious upgrade.

    I went with this company because they promised a March 13 delivery for my 200 pins—nothing too big or crazy. I figured I could wait a bit, so I skipped the rush option for March 5. Ordered on Feb 27, gave the thumbs up on their design by March 2, and they said production started March 3. Fast forward to March 17, and guess what? No pins. They tell me I need to pay more for shipping to maybe get them on time. Then, mid-chat, they just ghosted me. Sure, they were $20 cheaper than the other place, but now I see why. It's been a hassle, and I still have no pins.

    I ordered some stuff for a Christmas event and paid extra for fast shipping. The website said everything was good and on its way. But when I checked, nothing was moving. So, I called them up, and they told me they couldn’t make the items because of supply issues. But here’s the kicker—they never bothered to tell me any of this! And the delivery date was set for 10 days after our event, which was useless. Plus, no offer for a refund or anything. I was super disappointed. I mean, communication is key, right? I won’t be using this company again. Total letdown.

    So, I was pretty excited

    So, I was pretty excited about getting these custom shirts I ordered. Paid for four, right? But when they arrived, one of them was all wrong—not even close to what I asked for. I thought, okay, mistakes happen, so I reached out to their customer service. After a few emails and phone calls, they offered to refund just 40% of that one shirt and wouldn’t even consider sending a replacement. I mean, seriously? I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. It’s frustrating to think I have to cover their mistake. I’m definitely not going to be a return customer.

    Slow Shipping

    Ordered custom t-shirts 3 weeks before a memorial service and shipping said that they'd arrive in about 2 weeks. Called for a week straight and they promised shipping the next for 5 days in a row and never changed from "production" status. Memorial has passed and still no t-shirts and tried to convince me that they can't cancel due to production and can't refund my money. Would definitely not recommend these liars.

    Possible scam and customer service is very rude and no help at all

    I place a $220 dollar order back at beginning of September with a guaranteed delivery date of Oct.1st. Today is October 21st and they can’t tell be where my order is. I have called them 5 times now with a promise of them calling me back with an update, but it never happens. I finally had to get my credit card company involved. Still don’t have anything or my money at this point.

    Go somewhere else!

    The "Estimated Delivery Date" was 4/2/2026, but as of today (2 days before), order is still waiting. Called and was informed it will not get here until 2 weeks later. But I could pay 200% of the price to have it expedited. Do not trust this site. I was unable to cancel the order. There are much better options and chose those over Imprint!

    This website is a scam. Unfortunately I learned it the hard way :( After making an order, it was never delivered. All my emails to their team receive the same (I mean the exact same) canned response, claiming they are following up with their production team. STAY AWAY FROM THEM and keep your money

    I was quite happy with the fast delivery and clear communication. Getting a real contact number in the email was helpful. However, the product had a brownish tint on part of the picture? We will just make it work since time is short to try again.

    They said an order would be here by a certain date. Still in production 3 weeks later. Liars. Won't cancel order, won't refund. HORRIBLE customer service. No one answers emails for 3 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

    Pretty cool

    I needed a custom mug for a gift and found exactly what I wanted online. Paid extra $26 for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived by Friday. Somehow, when I finalized the order later that same day, the delivery date switched to Monday, which messed things up since I needed it by Friday. Called customer service and spoke to a really nice guy who assured me if I approved the proof quickly, it would arrive on time. I did, but by Thursday I was stressing. Called again, same nice guy reassured me. Friday comes, no mug. Tried tracking, no info. Called again, same nice dude said it was delivered at 10:31 AM. It was at my work all along! Mug is adorable, customer service was excellent. Will definitely order from them again.

    For our big 50th school

    For our big 50th school reunion, we wanted something special and decided on koozies. The color choices were overwhelming, in a good way! We picked our favorites, and let me tell you, Imprints nailed it with the printing. Everything was spot-on. And the price? Couldn't believe it, so affordable yet the quality was top-notch, not cheap at all. We were all pleasantly surprised when they arrived earlier than expected, quick delivery for the win. Everyone at the reunion loved them, and I think we'll be talking about those koozies for a while. It's not every day you find something so perfect for such an occasion.     Alright, so I recently tried out Imprint for some custom products, and honestly, it was pretty awesome. The quality of the stuff was way better than I thought it would be, and they got everything done super quick. What really got me, though, was how chill the whole process was. I needed to tweak a few things, and the team was on it, making changes without any fuss. They were super responsive and just easy to work with. I’m definitely planning on going back to them for more stuff, and I’d totally suggest you check them out if you need anything similar.

    Got these wristbands and they were spot on! The whole process was a breeze. Loved how they kept me in the loop every step of the way. You could choose between having them made in the USA or China, and I went with the USA option even if it cost a little extra. Totally worth it.     Helpful customer service

    We had a tight deadline and needed a custom product shipped within two weeks. After checking out a few local businesses, we chose Imprint. They met our deadline perfectly. Customer service was super responsive, like talking to someone at 11pm to sort things out! The only hiccup was they asked for an extra fee after production started, which was a bit annoying. But they handled it well, called us back, and sorted it out. In the end, we got our shipment just in time for our employee event. Overall, pretty happy with Imprint's service, just wish the fee situation was clearer upfront. Thanks, Imprint!

    I ordered custom koozies and overall, it was a solid experience. Designing our own image was a breeze, and the koozies turned out looking awesome and feeling just as good. They were super quick with processing everything and made sure the product was right before shipping. The only hiccup was the image approval process—it got a bit confusing at times. But when I reached out, their customer service team was really helpful and friendly, which made things a lot easier. Giving it 4 stars because of the approval confusion, but I'd still recommend them for their quality and service.

    I had a pretty good experience with this company. The customer service was fantastic, honestly. Every single person I talked to was super helpful and really nice. They really went out of their way to assist with my questions. That's something you don't see every day. But, I gotta be honest, the lanyards themselves didn't quite hit the mark for me. They weren't as high quality as I was expecting. I was kinda hoping for better. So, that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, still a good experience and would probably come back for other stuff.
