This company ain't good
by Hector

My account got hacked thrice. Even after first time, I stayed with them. Third time, $954 was gone. Called customer service, hard to understand. They gave new card, then canceled next day.

Heb has really dropped the ball recently.
by Sandie

Heb has really dropped the ball recently. It seems like they've hopped on the GREED train, just like every other grocery store. They used to compete with Walmart prices around here, but now they're the priciest option available. The staff there is unpleasant, so I've stopped shopping there. I wish they go under. It's what they've earned.

HEB is a grocery chain in Texas.
by Anonymous

HEB is a grocery chain in Texas. It's popular. They have good food choices, some non-food too. They do curb pickup and food delivery. Pickup is free but delivery is pricey. Sometimes pickup waits are long, 30 minutes or more. Still, it's my top grocery store.

My experience at the Conroe store
by Joselyn

My experience at the Conroe store on Frazier left much to be desired. Employee Maddy, who was working as a bagger at register 3, lacked friendliness in her customer service approach. What irked me more was her rude handling of my milk jugs, pushing them towards me instead of placing them in my cart. On the bright side, the cashier handling my checkout was decent enough.

HEB store prices keep increasing
by Robert

HEB store prices keep increasing, forcing us consumers to cut back on non-essential items. It seems like HEB is exploiting its customers by raising prices, which is unfair coming from a family-owned grocery company. The corporate employees at HEB should feel ashamed of their actions. It's disappointing to see a company built on the support of its customers resorting to such practices.

I typically frequent this store for my
by Becky

I typically frequent this store for my shopping needs, but regrettably, due to work-related reasons, I've decided to discontinue purchasing personal items there as well as for my company. It's a decision I find necessary because I believe we shouldn't be responsible for bagging our own groceries when shopping for a company we work for. The fact that we are not adequately compensated for our efforts at this company adds to the disappointment. Until the tipping practices improve, signaling a fair acknowledgment of our work, I won't be returning to shop at this store.

by Noe Anes

Visited the bakery, staff failed to approach me for assistance, leading to a 10-minute wait. Their lack of engagement was disappointing. Addressed the issue with the manager, who only apologized without any evident change. Despite the bakery's quality products, the service leaves much to be desired.

H-E-B's Natural Peanut Butter with Honey is a delicious choice
by Melaine Sanchez

H-E-B's Natural Peanut Butter with Honey is a delicious choice, offering great taste. However, a potential improvement could involve substituting palm oil with healthier alternatives like olive or avocado oil, enhancing its nutritional value. Despite this suggestion, the product stands out for its flavor.

H-E-B stands out with a diverse range of high-quality groceries
by Cj Hanks

H-E-B stands out with a diverse range of high-quality groceries, catering to various preferences from plant-based to traditional and locally sourced items. Drawing from my experience as a former cook and corporate trainer, I've found H-E-B to be a preferred choice for its creativity and variety. However, residing in the 77014 zip code presents challenges as it requires traveling a significant distance. Despite this inconvenience, the store continues to impress with its excellent selection and remains a top choice for many seeking diverse and quality products.
