Well, I must say, my initial experience
Well, I must say, my initial experience with this company has been rather disappointing. Despite the indication that they operate in the UK, my parcel, ordered on the 2nd of December, has yet to arrive. What's more perplexing is that when I tracked the shipment, it seems to be coming all the way from Canada. Twelve days have passed, and I'm still waiting. Not exactly a stellar start to my customer journey.
