    I got a Barclays credit

I got a Barclays credit card, but never actually used it. Suddenly, they hit me with an $89 membership fee. I was a bit late paying it, so I called them up. They apologized and agreed to cancel the card and the fee. I was ready to pay, but they said it was fine. Next thing I know, my FICO score drops by 100 points because they filed a negative credit report! I called to complain, but they wouldn’t fix it. This company is seriously shady and unfair. I’m done with Barclays for good.

    Flying with this airline was

Flying with this airline was a bit of a mess. The planes felt old and we had a huge delay. Baggage fees? Ridiculously high. And don't even get me started on the customer service, it’s like they didn’t care at all. But hey, I did arrive at my destination safely with my luggage, so there's that. Though, with all the extra costs, it's definitely not budget-friendly. If you're just traveling light with a backpack or handbag, it might be okay, but I won't be using them again.

    I can't believe what happened

I can't believe what happened with this airline. They tried to charge me for the same baggage on my fourth flight, even though I had flown with it three times before without any trouble. When I refused to pay, they just closed the gate and wouldn't let me board. Felt more like being treated like livestock than a passenger. Never experienced something so frustrating. The whole thing was a mess and really put me off. Not flying with them again, that's for sure.

Before I discovered PuppyPads, I was using disposable pads

Before I discovered PuppyPads, I was using disposable pads, and it would take around 4 or more each day, which were pricey. The cost was essentially wasted as they were thrown away. PuppyPads are reusable and so large that I only need two for my big dogs. When I got them, they were rescues and not trained, and I work 8 hours a day 5 days a week, so they must stay indoors while I’m at work. These pads work well since they can't go outside.

    I was super excited about

I was super excited about my $89 round trip with Frontier, but it turned into a nightmare. Everything seemed great until I got to the gate and realized I had to pay $300 for my 40-pound bag. Seriously? The hidden fees, taxes, and layovers were just too much. I feel like they tricked me with the low fare, only to hit me with all these extra costs. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely not flying with them again.

    You won't believe the trouble

You won't believe the trouble I've had with this airline. Trying to get in touch with someone is like yelling into the void. No customer service number for regular folks, just the elite. I've emailed, even sent a letter straight to their corporate office, and got nothing back. It's beyond frustrating. Feels like they don't care about their passengers at all. Seriously, avoid flying with them. It's not worth the headache.

    Had a terrible experience with

Had a terrible experience with this airline, twice in one week! Their customer service is just awful, couldn't speak to anyone directly. Their chat agents? Useless, couldn't even connect properly. They overbook flights and then bump people off without any warning, even if you've checked in. Had my confirmation number (VIE7FNQCC9QC) and still no help from anyone. It's the worst airline I've flown with. Avoid if you can.

    I tried booking a service,

I tried booking a service, and it was honestly a mess. The process to get the code was long, and when I finally got it, it didn’t even work in the app. Super frustrating! Then, they wanted me to pay an extra $35 just to have someone else book it for me. Like, seriously? It shouldn’t be this complicated. I just want to use what I paid for without all these extra steps and costs.

    This airline is awful.

This airline is awful. They charge for everything, and that tiny plane feels like a toy. You'd be better off with a different airline. It's a rip off and a waste of money and time. Even after showing documents from the doctor after our car accident, we still had to pay again. The luggage policy is unacceptable unless you're traveling light, it's not worth it at all.

    Really bad experience

I had a really bad experience flying with this company. First, our flight was delayed by 4 hours. When we finally landed in Dallas, there was no one there to help us. They even asked us to pay to change our flight to Los Angeles, even though we were supposed to go to San Diego. The customer service was awful. It felt like they didn't care about helping us at all.

I was tricked into buying a carry on bag

I was tricked into buying a carry on bag because it seemed like I only had hand luggage on my booking. FRONTIER refused to let me cancel my purchase (which cost almost as much as my ticket). Terrible service - and a sneaky way to make customers buy things they don’t need. Awful experience! I’ll try to avoid FRONTIER in the future.

The company did not let me and my kids board

The company did not let me and my kids board in Cancun. I have three children, and they claimed they called my name many times, but I didn't appear. I had to return the next day, and they charged me a $1500 penalty. I will not use this service again. The staff member, Fernando, was very rude.
