Hey folks, so picture this: I’m all set for my business trip, ticket in hand, feeling all fancy with my Business Class seat on Delta. But then, chaos unfolds. My flight gets delayed again and again, and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, they cancel it without a peep. Not a single staff member seemed to know what was going on or why. Next morning, I'm stuck in an Economy seat, squished in 18C, even though I shelled out for Business. No apologies, no compensation. Felt like a slap in the face for someone who's flown Business with them for years. Honestly, Delta, you gotta step up your game. This isn’t how you treat loyal customers!
