    I took a chance sending

I took a chance sending my device for repair, but it didn't go as planned. After waiting two weeks, my ECM still wasn't fixed. I figured things happen, but then I had to wait another 15 days for a refund. When nothing showed up, I had to call customer service to find out what was going on. It was frustrating that I had to chase them for updates on my refund. It feels like they forgot about me and my issue. This experience has left me disappointed and unsure if I can trust their service again. I really hope they improve their process because waiting around is no fun.

I thought I'd found the same vendor from 15 years ago on YouTube, where a kid helped swap out my PCM, but turns out I was wrong. I ended up buying an E-P-T-CM from C-C-Ex, hoping for the best. It arrived quickly, but unfortunately, it didn’t sync up with my 2006 model. After about three weeks of trying to get it to work, I decided to send it back. Surprisingly, C-C-Ex was super cool about it. They not only refunded my money but also covered the return postage, which was a relief. Overall, I'm happy with how they handled everything and I'm willing to give them another shot in the future.

I decided to get a PCM online, and everything seemed fine until the site skipped asking for my VIN. Thought it was odd, so I called customer service. The operator had me read my VIN twice, and then told me it didn't exist, which was strange since I took it straight from my vehicle's title. Despite this, they still charged my account. Feeling frustrated, I requested a refund immediately. Now, I'm just waiting and hoping to see my money back soon. It's been a bit of a hassle, and I'm not too thrilled with how this is playing out. Just wanted a simple order, but it turned into more of a headache than expected.

I ordered a computer that was supposed to be ready to ship once they programmed the VIN. Weeks went by, no word, so I called them up. They said they didn’t have a good core to program and had no clue when it would be ready. Really frustrating, especially since they didn’t even bother to update me about the delay. Just when I was about to cancel the whole thing, I got a notice saying it shipped. Surprisingly, when it arrived, it worked just fine. But man, that waiting game was stressful. They need to work on their communication big time.

I've had quite the ordeal with this company. After waiting weeks for my order, all I got were automated responses and empty promises about delivery. It was frustrating, and I decided to cancel. But guess what? They shipped it anyway! I sent it back right away and asked for my promised refund. Weeks passed, and still nothing—no sign of my money. It's like they're playing a game, hoping people won't fight back because of the hassle and costs involved in legal action. Honestly, it's infuriating. We need to come together and consider a class action lawsuit to finally hold these guys accountable for their actions.

    I sent my 2012 Grand

I sent my 2012 Grand Caravan TIPM for a repair, thinking it’d be a quick fix. They initially said 7-10 days, but after 3 weeks, there was still no timeline. I needed my car back, so I asked for a return and refund. The lady assured me they’d send it back and refund me. The part came back soon enough, but I had to keep calling for my refund, which took another 3 weeks. When it finally arrived, it was $100 short. I called to ask why, and the lady rudely pointed me to their return policy. Turns out, they don't refund shipping and charge a steep 25% processing fee. Frustrated to lose $100 for absolutely nothing done on my part.

    I gotta tell ya, dealing

I gotta tell ya, dealing with this company was a breeze. I ordered a unit, and to my surprise, it showed up earlier than I thought. The best part? It was genuinely plug and play, just like they promised. My customer was thrilled with how smoothly everything went, which made me feel pretty good about the whole thing. It’s not often you find a company that delivers exactly what they say, but this one nailed it. From now on, they're my top pick for anything ECM-related. It's like finding a hidden gem in the world of repairs. They just get it right, and that's why I'm sticking with them.

This car's running like a dream now!

So, I've had this car for just about a month now, and it's already clocking 68,000 miles on the 05 model. Was a bit worried when an issue popped up, but turns out it was a simple fix. The instructions were super clear, even if the tone was a bit harsh. Still, I prefer that over vague directions any day. I went with this product even though it was pricier than others. You know, sometimes paying a bit more is worth it if you trust the brand to back up their stuff. Overall, I’m feeling pretty relieved that I chose well. This car's running like a dream now!

Got this new computer for my car, was really excited to get it running. Plugged it in, hooked up the battery, and connected my OBD2 scanner to check everything was working. But, guess what? Got this error message saying it couldn't communicate. Spent ages checking all the fuses and plugs, making sure everything was secure and in place. Double-checked, even triple-checked, but still no luck. It was really frustrating, like hitting a wall. Thought it was going to be a smooth setup, but now I'm stuck trying to figure out what went wrong. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for with this upgrade.

    Not good

Okay, picture this: I thought I'd finally sorted out the whole car issue when I got this new part. At first, it seemed like a winner—no more random dying or that annoying "no bus" message on the odometer. But then, bam! The check engine light pops up, and the transmission starts acting up, refusing to shift properly. So, I gave them a call, and they were cool about it, asking me to send it back for a fix. In the meantime, I put my old part back in, and guess what? No check engine light, but the car's back to its old tricks, randomly dying again. It's been a rollercoaster, let me tell you!

I bought a part for my car

I recently bought a part for my car, and things took a bit of a twist. I was expecting an ECM, but ended up with a TCM instead. At first, I was a bit thrown off, but mistakes happen, right? The return process kicked off smoothly, and I've already sent the part back. The return team has been quite helpful so far, keeping me updated and making sure everything's on track for the refund. It's a bit of a hassle, but overall, I'm pleased with how it's being handled. Hopefully, I'll get the right part soon. It's nice to see good customer service in action, even when things don't go exactly as planned.

I recently faced a tricky issue with my car. The signal wasn’t reaching the number one coil, and I had checked everything. It seemed like the ECM was the culprit, so I swapped it with a new one. At first, it seemed like everything was fixed—the engine purred smoothly, but only for about 10 seconds before it shut off again. Now, I’m stuck wondering if it’s a key reprogramming issue or something else entirely. I'm scratching my head, feeling a bit out of my depth and really need some help to figure this out. Anyone else faced something like this?

    You won't believe what happened.

You won't believe what happened. I was stuck waiting for my car since February, all because of a brain issue. The dealership kept giving me the runaround, saying it was on backorder or something. Then, I found this company, Car Co, online and thought, why not give it a shot? Best decision ever. In just about 9 days, they sent me the brain I needed for only $400. Can you believe it? Way better than the dealership's service, which is still dragging its feet. My car's running perfectly now, and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend them over the usual dealership hassle.

If I could give them more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat. Seriously, I'm telling all my friends and family about this place. If you've got car troubles, these guys are the ones to see. I was thrilled when my new computer arrived so quickly, and the delivery was smooth as butter. I had a couple of questions, and when I called customer service, they picked up right away and were super helpful. But, here's the kicker, the computer isn't working right. It's a bit of a bummer having to call them again, but I'm hopeful they'll sort it out just as efficiently as before. I mean, they were great with the initial stuff, so fingers crossed they’ll tackle this issue without a hitch. Overall, the speed and service were impressive, but this glitch needs fixing.

Let me tell you about this rollercoaster of a situation with the computer I got from your place. So, it arrives, and guess what? Doesn't work at all. I reach out to support, and they suggest getting a locksmith to fix the key fobs. So I get one, and turns out it’s not the fobs but the pcm that’s messed up, thanks to some flashing issue. The locksmith says I need to clone my old computer to the new one, and wants $385 for it. Now, I’m stuck without a car and out the money I spent on this faulty part. Frustrated doesn’t even begin to cover it. I really need this sorted out quickly.

    Got our car computer yesterday

Got our car computer yesterday and, honestly, it’s been a bit of a headache. We got it installed thinking it’d be an upgrade, but it’s been nothing but trouble. While driving, the car hesitates and even has the nerve to shut off completely sometimes. Imagine cruising down the freeway, and suddenly your car just decides to take a nap — super scary stuff. It’s actually worse than the old computer we had. We expected better performance, but this thing’s been turning off more times than I can count. I’m hoping there’s some fix or maybe we got a dud, because right now, it's a roller coaster ride I didn't sign up for.

    I wouldn’t recommend them

So, I thought I'd give this company a try when my computer started acting up. They sent me a replacement, but it seemed like the new one had even more issues than the old one. I spent hours trying to sort things out, and when I asked for a refund, they said everything needed to be handled through email. But guess what? No one ever replied to my messages. It was like talking to a brick wall. I ended up losing both time and money, not to mention the headaches. Honestly, it's better to find a company that actually supports its products and customers. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them unless you want to end up frustrated and out of pocket.

I had such a terrible experience with this company! I sent my PCM to get it reprogrammed, expecting everything to be sorted out. But what did they do? They sent me back a completely different PCM with more codes than the original one! Can you believe that? I tried reaching out to them, thinking they’d help fix the problem or give me a refund like they said they would. But they just ignored all my messages. So frustrating! They didn’t solve anything, and instead, my issue got worse. Honestly, steer clear of this company. They’re not worth your time or money.

    I bought a rebuilt PCM

I bought a rebuilt PCM for my truck and it was a mess. Installed it, got a "check gauges" light, then the truck died while I was trying to get it to the mechanic. AAA thought the alternator was bad, but the mechanic said it was fine. I told Carcomp what happened, and they said to send the PCM back for a refund. They took three weeks to process it and only gave me half my money back, not counting shipping. Their website says you can get a refund or exchange if the PCM doesn't work, but they didn't follow through. Wish I had read the bad reviews on the BBB site first. Avoid them!

I ordered a PCM from this company and it was a nightmare. Took over 60 days to arrive, which was already frustrating. When it finally showed up, it was faulty. Tried to return it, but they refused, claiming it was past the 60-day window since purchase. Thing is, we hadn't even received it within that time frame! Ridiculous. I had a really bad experience with this place. Turns out, they also go by the name Diesel ECM Exchange and have the same address. I only found this out after they charged me $1200 and refused to give it back. Every time I called, they had some new excuse. I felt totally ripped off. They keep changing their company names, probably to avoid bad reviews. I wish I’d checked their reviews earlier—so many people have had the same issues. I can't believe they can get away with this. Man, it was a frustrating experience at the car shop. When I dropped off my car, no one asked if it had an alarm. So, when they called to say my car wouldn't start, I was confused. I called them back and they said I should've told them about the alarm. But how was I supposed to know? When I asked if they needed any info, they said no.
