Staying at The Gray Whale

Staying at The Gray Whale felt like finding a hidden gem. The house was just right for our getaway. Cozy beds, roomy bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we could think of. Best part? That view from the top deck! Just wow. We spent so much time outside. The pool? Huge! Plus, there was loads of seating for chilling out or having a meal under the sky. And the location couldn't be better—near awesome restaurants and shops. This place really has it figured out, every detail. I'm already thinking about when we can come back!

Man, this place was just what me and my fiancé needed! The rental had loads of space for the two of us, and I'm all about privacy, which this spot nailed. Being November, we practically had the private beach to ourselves—hardly saw anyone out there. Loved sitting in the living room with that ocean view, or chilling on the porch. We were on the first floor, which made everything super easy and convenient. The whole area was so relaxing, like a perfect little escape. Seriously, can't thank you enough for letting us stay here.

Staying at this house was like stepping into a dream, or maybe even a music video. The vibe was just unreal. We were just a short walk from the beach, but honestly, we ended up chilling at the house way more than we thought we would. The space is huge, with tons of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The social areas are just perfect for hanging out and having a good time. If this place was right on the beach, I might seriously consider doing something crazy to make it mine. It's just that awesome!

We just spent an amazing

We just spent an amazing week at Commanders Retreat! This beach house is super nice. There was so much room for all of us. It had everything we could think of and even more. The location was just perfect, only a few blocks from the beach. We walked sometimes, other times we took the golf cart. There were shops, restaurants, and fun stuff really close by too. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed to unwind. Such a great spot for our beach getaway. Definitely planning to come back next year!

For my birthday, we decided to take a quick trip to Miramar beach and stayed at the Santorini house. Honestly, it was incredible! Everything was spotless, and the suites were super cozy. The whole vibe of the place was just perfect for unwinding and taking it easy. It felt like a little slice of paradise. The beach was close by, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. We didn't want to leave and are already planning our next trip back. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the spot.

Stayed at the Adonis for

Stayed at the Adonis for three nights, and wow, what a place. The property is just beautiful. Tons of restrooms meant our group had no issues getting ready each day. The number of bedrooms was great, and the location couldn’t be better. And the refrigerator space? Unreal. Only thing is, I wish they had mentioned that beach chairs were available. Coolers would’ve been awesome too for beach trips. But overall, this place is amazing and totally worth it. Definitely planning to stay here again.

We had the best family

We had the best family vacation at Born to Sun! The location couldn't be better, right across from the beach and just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The house itself was stunning, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The hot tub and pool were a big hit, everyone loved them. It was so relaxing to come back after a day out and just unwind. We're already talking about when we can come back again! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

We've been here the past

We've been here the past two Marches and really dig this place! Iorana is just fantastic. The rooms are super clean and roomy, and the bathrooms are nice too. The kitchen has all the modern touches you'd want. It's so close to the beach, and the private heated pool is great. Plus, it's just a short walk to Winn Dixie and a big Outlet mall. We had a reunion with

We had a reunion with my old college friends at “Happy go Lucky” and it was just perfect! The house was just right for our group of 10, super clean and cozy. We had a bit of trouble with the TV, but they sent Bill right away to fix it. The backyard pool was amazing, and we loved the easy access to the Gulf. The beach set up included in the rental was a nice touch. Allyson was super helpful throughout our stay. Overall, an amazing place for a get-together. We’ll definitely be back!

We had to shuffle our

We had to shuffle our vacation plans twice 'cause of hurricanes hitting Florida's west coast. Just 3 days before leaving, we lucked out and snagged Family Matters. Traveling with 14 people is a challenge, especially finding a spot with 7 bedrooms and a private pool close to the beach. But this house nailed it! Alison was super helpful and easy to coordinate with. Big shoutout to Beach Reunion for rescuing our getaway. Having an elevator and a heated pool made it totally worth it!

We had another amazing stay

We had another amazing stay with Beach Reunion properties. Our family, about 30 of us, stayed in the Hollywood and Divine houses. These homes are perfect for us, with a big kitchen, awesome pool area, and just a short stroll to the beach. We've been coming to this house for five years now and it never disappoints. The neighborhood is great and the house itself is always clean and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back next year!

Just got back from our family reunion at Soak up the Sun, and wow, what an experience! The house had absolutely everything we needed and then some. We just got back from Barton Vista Del Mar and it was something else. Reached there a bit ahead of schedule but Beach Reunion let us in early, which was a nice touch. The house? Super nice. And the rooftop deck? Totally awesome, perfect for sunsets. Had a couple of small issues and Beach Reunion got them sorted out quick, no hassle. All in all, great stay. Definitely thinking about booking it again next year.

Staying at Good Day Sunshine was just awesome. Carrie, the host, was so easy to reach and chat with. The house itself was spotless, and the pool? Super clean and refreshing. Nice time

So, there’s this place we stayed at that’s just an 8-minute stroll from the beach – super convenient, right? The private pool was awesome, and with six bedrooms and six full baths, we had more than enough room for everyone. There’s even an extra half bath by the pool which was neat. The community's gated, so we felt really secure. But, here’s the odd part: none of the bedroom or bathroom locks worked, which was a privacy bummer. The AC on the third floor wasn’t all that great either, and getting hot water in the kitchen and downstairs bath was tricky. We didn’t find any dish towels, so paper towels it was. Despite these little hiccups, we had a pretty good time overall and would recommend it.

About last month

Last month, I had a family reunion at a beach house and the staff were super quick to handle any issues that popped up during our stay, which was really nice. But, honestly, the house itself was a letdown. It didn’t match up to what was promised online. If you're planning to rent, definitely make sure the company confirms the house is as advertised. We were expecting a fully stocked kitchen since the house can hold over 20 people, but it was pretty bare. We struggled with outdated appliances, not enough silverware, and cookware that seemed like it was from a garage sale decades ago. Plus, the furniture was so worn out that sitting down was questionable. It just wasn’t what we had hoped for.

They needs upgrades

Stayed at this place recently and gotta say, the location is just perfect! Everything looked just like the photos. The space was huge, and the beach setup with chairs every day was a great touch. Kitchen had all we needed and plenty of clean towels in the bathroom. Loved chilling on the patio, but the furniture is super rusty – could really use a new set that handles the salty air better. Noticed a bit of a musty smell and the floors didn’t seem very clean. Definitely could use a deep clean all over. Had to ask for a clean comforter, but the host was quick to sort it out for us. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would come back, hoping for those upgrades!
