    We stayed at Blue Coconut

We stayed at Blue Coconut in February and had a pretty good time. The beach was super close, which made our days easy and fun. The kitchen had everything we needed, and all the appliances worked fine. Beds were comfy too. Beach Reunion was quick to fix the pool heat when it stopped working, so that was nice. But, honestly, some things need improvement. The furniture looked like it hadn’t had a good clean in ages. We even found broken glass under the coffee table and kept discovering little shards throughout the week. The place itself could use a bit of a facelift; it felt kinda old and worn out. Overall, not bad but could be better.

It was a great stay with just a few minor hiccups!

We recently stayed at Commanders Retreat, and it was such a fun experience! The house has a really nice layout, and the modern bedrooms and bathrooms were definitely a plus. The decor had this charming vibe that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped, though it could use some wine glasses. One odd thing was the microwave being so low, it was a bit of a hassle to use. The hot tub, which the owner controls, only worked at night and was too hot for comfort. On the bright side, Beach Reunion was super attentive and made everything smooth for us. Overall, it was a great stay with just a few minor hiccups!

    We had a blast at

We had a blast at this beach house! We were a big group of 14, including 4 kids, and the place fit us all perfectly. The house was super spacious, and you couldn't hear a peep from room to room, which was great. Being just a quick 5-minute walk from the beach made it easy to pop back and forth all day. The kids and adults alike loved the arcade games, pool table, shuffleboard, and the outdoor pool. There were a couple of hiccups with the door code and the dryers, but Beach House Reunion sorted it out fast. Overall, we had such a great time that we're already planning our next stay!

    Staying at this place was

Staying at this place was quite an adventure. We did have some maintenance hiccups but they were super quick to respond. The sinks were a major pain and took weeks to fix, which was kinda annoying. And what's up with the pool heater turning off randomly? Paying for it to be heated and then it just stops? Not cool. The property itself is stunning and cozy, but the comforters are pretty worn out and the kitchen chairs are not comfy at all. They should definitely get new ones. Despite all this, we still adore Beach Reunion and the area. We’ll definitely be renting from them again!

    Stayed at this gorgeous house

Stayed at this gorgeous house with the beach just a short walk away, which was a dream come true! But, there were a few hiccups. The beach access code was a no-go and we only got one entry card for the whole family. It turned into a game of tag, letting each other in and out—kind of a hassle. The guest room TVs were way too small to enjoy a movie night. The pool was nice, but without any shade, it felt like swimming in a hot tub under the blazing sun. A little awning would do wonders there. Overall, a nice spot but with a few tweaks, it could be perfect!

    We had a blast staying

We had a blast staying at this place! Perfect spot for our big group and just a hop away from delicious restaurants and the beach. Seriously, the location couldn't be better. We did have a few hiccups with the outlets and power, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal. Maintenance was super quick and sorted it out in no time, like within 5 minutes of us calling. That was pretty impressive! Overall, the experience was fantastic and we had an amazing time. Definitely recommend it for large groups looking to have some fun and stay close to everything.

    Spent an amazing weekend at

Spent an amazing weekend at Happy Go Lucky for our college reunion. There were ten of us, and this place fit us all like a glove. The house was super clean and spacious, making everyone feel right at home. We had plenty of room to hang out, cook, and reminisce about old times. Only downside? The wifi was a bit spotty, especially outside, but it worked fine indoors. Despite that, we barely noticed because we were having such a blast. Honestly, can't wait to come back next time we all get together. Would definitely rent Happy Go Lucky again!

    Staying at this house was

Staying at this house was a bit of a rollercoaster. The staff? Super responsive, always there when we needed something, no matter how small. The place itself was gorgeous, plenty of room, and spotless. But, we did have a run-in with some unwelcome guests in the kitchen—cockroaches. Totally freaked us out. We told the staff, and they acted fast, came over and sprayed everywhere. It helped, but still, having bugs kinda threw us off. If they can handle the pest problem better, this place would be perfect.

    Staying at this condo was

Staying at this condo was such a treat. The view? Absolutely stunning. Everything matched the listing perfectly, no surprises there. There was a small issue during our stay, but kudos to the rental company for handling it quickly. The shower's water pressure wasn't the best, but it didn't bother us much. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.

    We stayed at this amazing

We stayed at this amazing house and it was perfect for our big family. The ocean was just a short walk away and it was clean and gorgeous. There were tons of activities and great places to eat close by. We had some minor problems with the pool, but the staff fixed them super fast. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to come back!

    We recently stayed at this

We recently stayed at this vacation house and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. The layout was awkward, with the main bedroom on the third floor and no elevator access. Made it tough for everyone to get around. The living room was too small for our group, and the dining area wasn't much better. The first-floor windows had no shades, so we were blinded by the sun during the day. The kitchen was a mess—felt like a mix of random stuff from Walmart. Bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty basic, nothing special. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. Plus, the city slapped violation notices on the front door, which was really upsetting for our family. Overall, there are way better vacation rentals out there that are cleaner, better equipped, and worth the money.

    Staying at “Happy Go Lucky”

Staying at “Happy Go Lucky” was a bit of a mixed bag. The location? Absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach. We loved using the complimentary beach chairs every day, made our afternoons super relaxing. But the house itself, well, it could use some love. It felt a bit tired, and there was this musty smell lurking under the kitchen cabinets that wasn’t so pleasant. When we got there, the air conditioning on the second floor wasn’t working, which was a bummer. They did fix it, but it took a while, and we missed some beach time. The WiFi was pretty spotty too, kept cutting out. Plus, no Keurig and the kitchen kit seemed incomplete. The spot was great, but the house itself didn’t quite live up to the hype.

    Staying at this place had

Staying at this place had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, with a charming neighborhood and stunning ocean views. My grandkids couldn't get enough of the pool, they had a blast! But the house itself was a bit disappointing. The online photos made it look perfect, but reality was different. It wasn't as clean as we'd hoped, and some appliances were glitchy. We did reach out to the rental company, and they responded fast, which was nice. Still, we expected better upkeep. If they fix things up, we'd consider coming back.

    We had a family holiday

We had a family holiday at The Gray Whale, and the place itself was spacious and in a great location for all 11 of us. The outdoor putting green was a hit with everyone, young and old. But, we ran into some problems with the spa and pool. The temperature settings were a mess. It took days and multiple calls to get someone who actually knew how to adjust the spa temperature. By the time it was sorted, it was almost time to leave. The pool heat timer reset every two hours, so unless we set alarms to keep it going, it was constantly cooling down. This was pretty frustrating, especially given how much we paid for the heat. Another issue was the firepit, which got harder to light as the week went on. On the bright side, the kitchen was huge and great for our large group, and all the bedrooms were comfy. However, there were not enough luggage stands or places to put our bags in the rooms, and most bathrooms lacked towel hooks. Despite all these issues, we did enjoy our stay. However, it's disappointing that Beach Reunion hasn’t reached out or offered any refund for our troubles. For the price we paid, we expected better customer service.

    We chose this house because

We chose this house because the layout seemed perfect for our family, and it was, but the cleanliness and maintenance were a letdown. From the moment we arrived, we noticed dirty cupboards and drawers in every room. The floors were visibly dirty, and we even found roaches. I spent the first day sweeping and vacuuming instead of relaxing. The house needs serious fixing—walls, carpet, furniture, and patio doors all show wear and tear. It rained one day, and we experienced leaks from the ceiling and patio door, but maintenance never showed up despite our calls. The pool was dirty with yard debris and the grill's ignition didn't work, plus the propane tank was empty. This place has potential, but it needs better upkeep and cleaning. Would not recommend until these issues are addressed.

    Bit of a letdown

Man, this place was a bit of a letdown. We rented it thinking it would be perfect for our large group since it claimed to sleep 16. But surprise, surprise, there weren't even enough utensils for 10 of us! And don’t get me started on the parking; it was a nightmare trying to find a spot. The “private” beach access was a joke; it was shared with the neighbors, and we didn’t even have the right gate code. Our host couldn’t help with that all week, so we ended up walking through the downstairs bedroom to hit the beach. Eventually, we got the code from the nice folks next door. Plus, the place felt stuck in the past, with outdated decor and mold in the bathroom. For $10k? Definitely not worth it.

    We decided to stay at

We decided to stay at Adonis in Miramar Beach and it was a nightmare. The place was a mess—hair on the beds, cockroaches scuttling in the kitchen, and the furniture was just gross. There was water damage everywhere, and the shower controls were broken. Even the broom was falling apart, like it was from another decade. Totally not what we expected, especially for the amount we paid. And what's the deal with the cleaning fee? The house was anything but clean. Beach Reunion won’t be seeing us again, that’s for sure. Super disappointed and feeling ripped off.

Wouldn't recommend it in its current state

We thought our beach vacation would be all about sun and sand, but it turned into a maintenance marathon. From day one, the entrance flooded whenever it rained, so we waded through water just to get inside. The downstairs air conditioning was out for several days, turning the place into a sauna. Cleaning was clearly not on their checklist; we had to call for a redo. It felt like a repair shop, not a vacation home, with workers and cleaners coming and going. The kitchen sink leaked, the freezer's ice maker was broken, and the TV needed fixing. Safety? A spiral staircase with a broken spindle nearly caused a fall. Mold and mildew seemed to be everywhere—furniture, vents, you name it. Parking was a nightmare too. For the price, this was beyond disappointing. Wouldn't recommend it in its current state.

    I was expecting a cozy

I was expecting a cozy getaway but got something else entirely. The location seemed promising, but the place was just a mess. The AC barely worked, especially on the upper floors, and we had to rely on spot coolers in two rooms. The master bed on the third floor was awful, like sleeping in a hammock. The whole house was dirty and felt like it hadn't been maintained in years. The ceiling fan in the second-floor master bedroom was wired wrong and only worked when the lights were on. Plus, no shades on the windows meant zero privacy and a rude awakening from the sun. The first-floor wood floors were a nightmare for the kids—blackened feet from walking around! The living room sofa was ripped and gross, definitely not what I had in mind.
