We just got back from our stay at Good Day Sunshine, and it was just what we needed. Carrie was super helpful and always there when we had questions. Talking to her was easy, and the house fit our family and friends perfectly. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the kitchen—wow, it had everything we needed to whip up some great meals. Best part? The beach was just a short walk away, making it super convenient to pop over whenever we wanted. The bedrooms were comfy, and having private bathrooms made things so much easier for everyone. Can't wait to come back!

Staying with Beach Reunion was just fantastic. The house was super comfortable, and they let us check in early, which was a nice surprise. Even though it rained the whole time, we still had a blast because the place was so nice. The team at Beach Reunion couldn’t control the weather, but they sure made everything else perfect. We had an amazing time at Kiddoboo cottage! Went with a bunch of friends, and we stayed for 4 nights in Spring. The place is super spacious, easily fitting all 8 of us with room left over. The amenities were spot on; we especially loved the pool and the games upstairs kept us entertained for hours. The atmosphere was just perfect for chilling and having fun. It's such a cool spot, and everyone in the group was really impressed. If you’re thinking about a getaway with friends, this place is definitely worth checking out. Can't wait to plan another trip back!

The house had everything we needed. We cooked every day, and it had all the tools for any size meal. Carrie, our host, was fantastic. She was always quick to respond to us and came by a few times to check that we had everything we needed. It was our first visit, and it won't be the last. The service from Beach Reunion was very good. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and smooth experience.

Walked into a spotless house, and they had everything—cleaning stuff, toiletries, you name it. The outdoor kitchen was a game-changer for our group hangouts. And that pool and hot tub? Wow, this place was something else! Took the whole family, all 24 of us, and we fit in perfectly. The house was massive, just what we needed. We spent a lot of time outside because the setup was perfect—a huge pool and a hot tub that was just what we needed to unwind. Staying at Soak Up The Sun was great! The place was spotless and had all we needed. Seriously, you step out, and the beach is just right there, super close. Carrie, the property manager, was awesome. She made everything so easy and was like having your own concierge. It felt like she knew exactly what we needed before we even asked. We’re definitely coming back next year. Can't wait for another round of this perfect escape!

We stayed at the "Soak up the sun" house for our family vacation and it was amazing. The house was spacious, with great views from the windows, and a fantastic outdoor area. Ms. Carrie, the house manager, was great at keeping in touch and answering all our questions. With 24 people, we had a blast and would give it 48 thumbs up!

This was our 11th year in a row renting from Beach Reunion. Jim and his team are easy to work with. We have stayed in two different homes and have been very pleased with them. We are so satisfied that we have already reserved the house for 2025.

Allison really made our trip memorable with her amazing service. This was our second time at Beach Reunion Vacation homes, and we stayed at the Anchor Down in Destin East. The place is stunning, but we hit a few snags. The owner changed the wifi password while we were there, leaving us without internet or TV for a day. Plus, the pool had black debris that should've been cleaned before we arrived. They sent someone to fix it, but it was annoying. Also, the air conditioning wasn't working well, though they sorted it out eventually. One bedroom even had dirty sheets, but they replaced them quickly. Despite these hiccups, our family had a great time. The golf cart rides to the beach were fun, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Relaxing by the pool was just perfect.

Staying at Born to Sun was a mixed bag. Beach Reunion, the rental company, was a gem—super responsive and made booking a breeze. But the house itself? Not so much. For a place meant for 22 people, the condition was underwhelming. The living room could barely seat eight, which was quite the challenge for our group. Safety was another issue. A cracked window held together by tape and a non-working dishwasher added to our headaches. Outdoor furniture was shabby, and the elevator had a mind of its own. Plus, missing tiles in the pool and a towel rack that fell off didn’t help. On the flip side, the location was fantastic—close to the beach and local spots. Bedrooms were decent, and new appliances were a plus. Despite these perks, the property needs serious updating. We’d rent through Beach Reunion again, just not this house.

We'll definitely return to Destin!

We've been visiting Florida for over 20 years, and this year Beach Reunion was a standout. Their communication was top-notch, always ready to address our concerns. We had a large group - 10 adults and 10 grandchildren - and the house was perfect. Spacious, clean, and a well-stocked kitchen made our stay comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, close to the beach and shopping. We loved using the golf cart to explore and take the kids for rides. Despite usually heading further south for warmer weather, this week was ideal, with only one rainy day that we used for shopping. The pool was warm, and the area felt safe and quiet, great for walks. Though our original booking fell through due to renovations, Beach Reunion provided a fantastic alternative that met all our needs. They even added extra seating by the pool. A couple more cleaning tools would be handy, but we'll definitely return to Destin!

We spent hours splashing in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. The house is perfect for big groups, easily fitting over 20 people. The beds were comfy and private, making it easy to unwind. It's a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunrises and sunsets. Loved the nearby beach bars and coffee shop too! The golf carts added a fun twist for getting around. Just a heads-up: it would be great to have outlets near the top bunks for charging devices. We also had a bit of trouble with the elevator and pool temperature. Carpool if you can; the driveway fits about 8 cars. Overall, highly recommend this place!

Back in 2020, my husband and I rented the Aegean house for a week-long wedding celebration with our families. We had about 25 people and some pretty specific requirements. We checked out several houses, but none clicked. Jokingly, I pointed at the Aegean house across the street, saying "I want THAT one." It was huge, way bigger than the others in our budget. When we finally got to tour it, the place was everything we dreamed of and more. Tons of space, lots of rooms and beds, plus a massive pool and deck. It was just a short walk to the beach, too. The icing on the cake was the Slushy Machine from the Firefighters Margarita rental—we still talk about it! Even now, friends ask me about the Aegean house for their own trips. The team was fantastic, and our stay was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Born to Sun with Beach Reunion, and the house was gorgeous! The kitchen is huge and has everything you need for cooking. Plus, there's a grill outside by the pool area. We loved the pool, especially since we had our almost 3-year-old with us. He enjoyed the shallow section where he could walk and play. There’s also a hot tub and a cool high-top seating area right in the pool! We rented two bicycles through Beach Reunion, and they were always in use. Highly recommend getting a golf cart too! The beach is just a 5-minute walk, but the golf cart makes it fun to explore the area, visit restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Been with Beach Reunion since my teenage years, and now it's a family tradition. If you're looking to rent in the area, Beach Reunion is the best!

We had an absolute blast at the Adonis for our girls' work getaway. Imagine 15 women getting ready with no hassle—plenty of beds and baths for everyone! We spent loads of time in the kitchen and family room, and there was ample seating inside and out. Loved the full-length mirrors everywhere, which is rare in many places. The house was spotless and the fresh bedding was a nice touch. The fridge space was insane—two big ones in the kitchen, another in the game room, plus mini and wine fridges all over. Cleanup was a breeze with two dishwashers. The pool was lit and heated at night, giving it an amazing vibe. A short walk to the beach and stocked with beach chairs. The golf cart was a blast for cruising and coffee runs. Adonis is a win for any beach trip!

Carrie reached out a few days before to cover everything we needed to know and was super helpful throughout our stay. The trip was fantastic! Just a heads up, we rented extra beach chairs and a cart, but the cart wasn’t very useful because of the stairs leading to the beach. Thankfully, chairs and umbrellas were set up daily without any hassle.

The house itself is stunning, really spacious, and fully stocked. Plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen was perfect with two fridges and two dishwashers for all 27 of us. The beach is just a short walk away, and we had private access! Watching the sunset and sunrise was magical. We also loved hanging out in the pool and hot tub, which was heated, making it perfect for the season. So many laughs and memorable moments there. Definitely recommend this place and Beach Reunion. If you want a dream getaway, rent "Born to Sun." You won't regret it!

From the moment we arrived, I felt the magic in the air. Our family reunion was set in this amazing place, with half of us staying at the stunning Adonis property and the rest just a stroll away. With 11 bedrooms, including two bunkrooms that fit a bunch of our younger family members, it was just right. My elderly parents stayed on the main floor, which was perfect for them. We had plenty of fridge space – one for food, one for drinks, and small ones for seltzers and soda. The location was ideal, close to Destin's beaches. We ordered pizza for the first night, which made dinner easy. The vibe was unforgettable, with family laughter and ocean breezes making it a week to remember.

Just came back from a family reunion at Barton Vista Del Mar in Miramar Beach, and it was fantastic. The house was spot on for our big group of 25, including 9 kids. The layout let everyone spread out comfortably - adults had fun with karaoke and game nights downstairs, while the kids had their own space on the third floor. The beach was just a short walk away, super easy to go back and forth. The pool area was great too, plenty of room for all of us to hang out. We also rented a golf cart, making it fun and easy to explore the area. Had a memorable beach bonfire one night, which was a hit. The management team was super helpful and responsive. We rented Barton Vista Del

We rented Barton Vista Del Mar for a big family get-together and it was amazing! So much space for all 25 of us, and everyone had their own bed. The house was decorated really nicely and felt super cozy. The private beach was just a short walk away, and the golf cart made it easy to check out all the cool spots in Miramar Beach. I visited Destin too, but honestly, Miramar Beach was way better—quiet and beautiful with lots of local charm. We went during the off-season, which I totally recommend. The hosting company had awesome add-ons like a frozen drink machine and a beach bonfire, making our stay even more special. Can't wait to go back for our next family reunion!
