Awful!
by alexander

Grocery no good for sell. I buy bag on Miras Piper taters from ASDA Dundonald in Belfast. All spuds not good. When peel, all very badly colored. Should not be for sell! Does Asda not test products now? Awful! I not shop there again.

Typically, I've had good times with this company
by Kelly

Typically, I've had good times with this company, but this time, things weren't great. The driver arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time, which threw me off since the tracking info wasn't updated. It seemed like he was still quite a few stops away. When he arrived early, he seemed confused about my whereabouts, even though he was the one who arrived early. I grabbed my groceries while he was still in his van. Later on, he called again, asking where I was, even though I had already taken my shopping inside and put it away.

I had a disappointing experience with the company.
by Adele

I had a disappointing experience with the company. The driver wouldn't help pack my bags despite my polite request. He questioned why I couldn't do it myself in a rude manner. Even though I explained my situation after a recent surgery, he didn't show any empathy. Despite my note requesting assistance, he ignored it completely. When I called customer service, they couldn't reach the store either. They promised to follow up, but I'm still waiting. I've decided not to use ASDA again. It's frustrating.

Appalling customer service experience
by Anonymous

Appalling customer service experience encountered with ASDA. Exercise caution before making any in-store purchases. Recently acquired a pair of jeans from ASDA, only to discover a plethora of issues – the item was faulty, and the size mentioned on the label was completely inaccurate. Despite bringing this to the attention of three customer service representatives, they adamantly insisted on returning the item to the store for a refund. It's utterly unreasonable to expect customers to shoulder costs exceeding the item's value due to the company's error in incorrectly marking the product.

total joke.
by John Mc

total joke. I've placed 2 orders with them and both times, 6 items were not even available. And get this, when I checked online, it said they were all in stock at the Clydebank Asda location. What a freaking scam. And don't even get me started on the fact that everything has gone up in price. They're totally useless. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. bullshit

The app is extremely slow and on numerous occasions
by Andrea A

The app is extremely slow and on numerous occasions, I have gone to the checkout, only to find that the app is not showing any information. It is frustrating to not be able to use the app and earn my rewards at the same time. Furthermore, I have encountered many issues with retrospectively adding rewards to my account. This is a basic feature that should be readily available, but it seems like a huge hassle to get it done. It makes me question the effectiveness of the rewards program. I also cannot help but feel that the company is not being completely transparent about their profits. With all the issues and inconsistencies in the rewards program, it is hard to believe that they are not making a significant profit from it. As a customer, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth to think that I am being misled. To make matters worse, in these difficult times where every penny counts, the company seems to be taking advantage of their customers instead of offering genuine help. The "deals" they promote are not actually great deals, as the prices of items seem to increase significantly just before the rewards are given. It truly feels like they are just playing a game and not actually offering any real benefits to their loyalty members.
