    Mixed Feelings...

    I received this request to confirm that I received the Air Filters that I ordered. After click on yes, I received the filters, I was taken to this site to submit a review of what I received. No, I did not complete the review. I don't believe it is fair to have a marketing organization hound you down for a review of a product you purchased. So, if i am going to spend time on this purchase, I will take the time in this holiday season to give my opinion! OK, I'm back. I opened the box that contained the filters that I received. I was pleased that none of the filters were damaged, as I experienced in my first order. I also noticed in my first order, the some of the filters were not glued straight into the proper position of the frame. It just looked weird, everything was sealed but did not support a good build quality. I was surprised with that previous order that each filter was marked with the MERV rating. Nice touch! However, when I went to inspect this latest shipment of filters, none had the MERV rating printed anywhere on the filter. I trust that all of the filters in the box that is labeled "Merv 13" contain ONLY Merv 13 filters. However, this label is only printed by the company. So, one must trust the company to guarantee the accuracy of what they sell. My only concern is that over time, I may store the filters in one box and may not know what the Merv rating is, when it is time to replace one. I appreciate the reminders that this company sends. In addition, they keep you informed of sales that are available, to help place an order ahead of time. I don't know my ID and this is the end of my comments.

    Shipped to wrong address

    The filters were shipped to the wrong address even though the correct delivery address was indicated. I was told nothing could be done since the filters had already been shipped and I had to make other arrangements to receive the filters which added an additional cost for me. Very disappointing customer service they had no idea how this happened or willing to help correct the error.

    Furnace Filters

    Not happy with the fact that just after we received our latest order of furnace filters we had to replace our furnace and air conditioner and so when I called to get a return authorization code as the new furnace takes a different size filter, they informed me that furnace filters are custom and therefore are not returnable!! Not a happy customer.

    Too many emails asking for a review.

    If I finally post a review online will you stop emailing me asking if my order arrived (and to leave a review)? They are filters for a fridge, they do what they are supposed to do. Nothing worth taking the time to post a review. I hope this is enough that you’ll stop emailing me every week.

    Damaged Water Filter

    Due to the poor packaging the water filter I received was damaged and not usable. There was no protection in the packaging that it was delivered in. Can’t imagine this not being a continuous problem unless you change back to better packaging.

    Box was damaged

    I have had good experiences in the past, but the latest order arrived damaged. I don’t know if the problem was at Allfilters or at FedEx, but the sides of 2 filters were damaged, resulting in a gap when installed.

    Water filter doesn’t fit

    Not exactly as represented

    So, the reason I ordered from your company was that it said they were custom made filters. I was happy to think that my odd size of 29.5 by 11.5 could be made to fit. What I received was 12x30 which was to large( I knew this from purchasing a12x30 previously. Hence the custom order company purchase) I ended up, with much difficulty jaming one in to make it work the best I could. So, unfortunately I won't be ordering from you again.

    Wrong Filter

    I used the information from the site to order my refrigerator filter. However, they were the wrong size. I thought they would pay to return them as it was their fault. They only refund the amount of the filters not the return postage. I ended up paying $9.95 for nothing.

    I recently sought out a company that claims to specialize in crafting custom fit air filters for HVAC units. Intrigued by their promise of precision, I decided to order these "custom fit" filters for my unit. However, my experience has left me rather disappointed. Upon receiving the filters, I quickly realized they did not fit my unit as promised. The frustration escalated when I reached out to the company for assistance, only to discover that there is an 1/8" variance on every side of these so-called "custom fit" filters. To make matters worse, this crucial piece of information was not disclosed to me until I took the initiative to contact them about the ill-fitting filters. What adds insult to injury is the company's lack of willingness to address the issue. Despite the clear discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received, they seem uninterested in resolving the problem. Furthermore, the requirement to purchase a minimum of 6 filters, coupled with the unexpected 1/8" variance, has turned what should have been a straightforward transaction into a costly and frustrating endeavor. Overall, the experience has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and the accuracy of their "custom fit" claims.

    Beware!

    Order #: 240825310 Order Date: 8/25/2024 I ordered 2 -- 24"x25"x5" HVAC filters from AllFilter.com. Have ordered in the past and received usable, descent quality filters. This time, one filter was usable although one side of frame was slightly warped, but got it in slot. The other filter was warped probably 2" out of flat alignment on one side...... total unusable. I filed for defective product twice, sent a total of 5 images..... product with and without plastic bag, inside of empty box, two views of outside of box...... No that was not enough.... yes, I supplied my order number and date. Called customer service on week day during business hours, went through them line went dead.... called back and this time selected sales.... got a human.... he said he reviewed case and said I did not sent photo of shipping label so they could not proceed. They sent it.... they have shipping label info. This company now send out defective, totally unusable filters and then will not stand behind their product. I did not jump through enough hoops.

    Ordered the SpiroPure carbon filter

    Ordered the SpiroPure carbon filter from this company after consistently shelling out more money for Pentair filters in recent years. Unfortunately, I've noticed that this filter doesn't quite eliminate the chlorine taste as effectively, and there seems to be an issue with the contents inside, which produce a sand-like sound when shaken. I reached out to their customer service, and despite promises from their representative to get back to me, I never received a callback. Even after leaving a message on a second attempt, there was no response. It appears that this might be a classic case of getting exactly what I paid for...

    Ordered two ice machine water

    Ordered two ice machine water line filters for my Samsung refrigerator. The initial filter worked perfectly, fitting seamlessly into place. However, the second filter, which remained unopened for months, turned out to be a major disappointment. Upon inspection, the top part looked entirely different from the one that fit effortlessly. It appears that the company may be selling counterfeit filters, claiming them to be genuine Samsung products. This experience felt like a complete rip-off, and I'm left questioning the authenticity of the filters provided by this company.

    FEDEX DELIVERY WAS TERRIBLE

    FedEx did a terrible job with the delivery. They did not provide any anticipated delivery time until 3 days after I placed my order. Then they changed the delivery time twice, and they were 2 days later than their last delivery notice. And when they did deliver the product they put it in front of the garage door, instead of in front of the front door, and the packaging color matched the garage door color and it could have been run over by the car.

    Filter leaked, ruined our ceiling

    Bought on off-brand refrigerator water filter. Installed it, and 12 hours later, I had water dripping through my ceiling. Filter did not correctly seal, and had to dig out the on-brand (Whirlpool?) water filter out of the garbage can (cleaned it off first), and install it, to stop the leak. Now I have to repair my basement ceiling. I have not had time to contact the sellers yet.

    WRONG ONES

    These are the wrong ones!!! They were suppose to be a two piece design, as per your website This is a double panel filter. Due to the large face area (length x width), two filters will be taped together to make this size. This is an industry standard practice and does not affect the performance of the filter. We need the correct ones NOW

    Didn't Fit

    Unfortunately, the filter that I ordered for my Kenmore Refrigerator was just ever so slightly smaller than my original filter and I had a puddle of water underneath my refrigerator that spread throughout the kitchen. I tightened and loosened and leveled and it still leaked. When I put my old filter back in, the leak stopped.

    filter didn''t work

    Took longer to receive than expected. Then when it was installed, everything seemed ok but later noticed we weren't getting any ice. Apparently water was not going through filter. I don't know if something in filter was blocking the water or the filter wasn't tripping the valve in the refrigerator but either way, not working.

    Sprv-100 does not filter

    Sprv-100 water filter tested had 150 total disolved solids left and a bad sulfor smell coming out of water filter the first day and even a week after installing filter. Keep looking if you want a filter for your water.
