Solid product, fair price, slow-ish shipping

Bought a replacement air-gapped RO dispenser, hard to find one with an air gap, and they had one. It's a good, solid product (so far) at a fair price, but wouldn't necessarily buy from them if you are in a hurry or emergency situation as the shipping took longer than estimated-expected.

straightforward search by model

Getting started was painless. I typed my unit’s model number and got exact matches with micron ratings and dimensions. The navigation is utility-first, not flashy, but it works. Only small learning curve was decoding a couple of brand equivalents, which their chart solved.

I haven't used yetc

It's hard to rate these filters before I get the chance to use them, but I have received emails each day for 3 days asking me to leave feedback...maybe you should try waiting a month or so. They shipped quickly and were in could condition as far as I can tell.

The filters show 4x4, but in reality, they are 3.5 x3.5? This is quite puzzling. They are a bit bigger than I wanted, but I managed to use them. A few of the filters had bent wiring, but they are still usable. It might help if they were wrapped separately.

I received your product sent in a timely fashion… was not appreciative of the one product substitution…the substitute fits but it was not what I ordered….See you in 6 months or so…I say or so because the one product didn’t come with the usage gauge

The price of the filters is exceptional and shipping is quick. I gave a 4 star rating as the filters were placed in a shipping box with an incorrect size listed. Make sure you open the boxes first to make sure the correct filters were shipped.

Be sure of which filters you order. Have a physical description of the filters if possible thankfully I was refunded my money on part of my order. Otherwise great service and customer service was amazing about doing the return

After trying out this website for filters, I found it pretty easy to get what I was looking for. Prices are fair, and sometimes even better than other places I've checked. Also, free shipping is a nice bonus.

Whirlpool generic waterfilter

Issue with generic fridge Whirlpool filters not fitting and being able to close door. Generic was $12.95 and I paid for original Whirlpool filter of $49.49.

KitgchenAid Refrigerator Air Filters

No actual experience, good or bad, with these air filters. I have not removed the Old filters, to replace with the new filter.

These look like great filters, but wool no work for my system.

The filters sent look great, but my system has to have screen sides. They can’t be solid. But very nice looking filters
