One of the boxes was crushed and the three of the filters are now useless
The box holding three of the filters was crushed and all three filters were ruined. I expected to get usable product but was disappointed that I received unusable products from this company.

horrible customer service
Ordered filters through my purchase history but the size was for a previous residence. Tried to exchange, told no as they were 'custom'. They are a common size that could easily be resold.

Pain in the ass!
Everything was fine until they started with the nonstop emails and review requests. So here is my review. Do not order from all filters unless you want nonstop B* emails😡😡
