Being a Superhost for years, I always prided myself on providing top-notch experiences for guests. But, things took a turn when a guest left a false review, even after receiving a full refund. Airbnb initially promised to remove it, but then... nothing. Their support team was all over the place, saying one thing and doing another. It felt like talking to a brick wall. After years of dedication, it was like a slap in the face. It’s frustrating to see how a single guest's dishonesty can mess up your hard-earned reputation, and Airbnb just sits back. If you're a host, be cautious; the backing you might expect might not be there when you need it most.
