    Don't booking

    I recently stayed at a place that was a total disappointment. The photos online looked amazing, but the reality was far from it. The apartment was filthy, with broken furniture scattered around. I felt completely misled and cheated. When I reached out to the host, they couldn't be bothered to respond. To make matters worse, customer service was useless and kept giving me the runaround. It was such a frustrating experience and ruined my trip. I definitely won't be booking there again.

    I booked a place on Airbnb for my trip to California, but I noticed two charges on my credit card that I didn't recognize. I'm pretty careful with my info, I used to work at JP Morgan Chase and even my wife doesn't have my card details. It was super frustrating dealing with their customer service. Just a heads up, keep an eye on your statements if you're using Airbnb.

    Not cool at all

    Hey everyone, just tried to book a stay from Belarus, but guess what? They only tell you it's banned after you go through all the steps - picking a place, setting dates, entering your billing info, and even crafting a nice message to the host. Then you hit the book button and bam, you're blocked. Feels really unfair and kinda discriminatory if you ask me. Why not tell us upfront? It’s frustrating to get your hopes up only to be let down at the last moment. Not cool at all.

    So frustrated

    So frustrated with Airbnb right now. I referred two new hosts, thinking I'd get the promised reward. But now they're pulling all sorts of excuses not to pay up. It's been two months of back-and-forth messaging with customer support, and every agent has a different story. None of them match what's in the terms and conditions. Seriously, it's like they're making stuff up just to avoid giving the reward. This is just bad customer service, and I'm feeling really let down.

    We booked a place through Airbnb, but suddenly our reservation got canceled without any explanation. Now, we're stuck waiting 72 hours for a refund of $5,000. If we don't get it, we're calling our lawyer. We talked to a customer service agent who was nice, but her accent made it really hard to understand her. This was our first time using Airbnb and honestly, it will be our last. It was a frustrating and confusing experience. Definitely not recommending it to anyone.

    So, I booked a place on Airbnb, right? Paid in advance and everything. But guess what? The host kept the room listed and when they got a higher offer, they just canceled my booking. Had to scramble last minute to find somewhere else. My friend warned me about this happening, but I didn’t believe it. Turns out, Airbnb knows about these shady hosts but isn't really doing much to stop them. It's super frustrating. If you're booking on Airbnb, just be careful.

    I used to love Airbnb,

    I used to love Airbnb, but now I'm stuck. I can't log in because I can't unlink my old Facebook account. I don't even use Facebook anymore! Years of good reviews and all my history are just gone. And the worst part? You have to be logged in to contact support, which is impossible for me now. It's so frustrating. Feels like they don’t care about long-time users. Just wish there was a simple way to switch to email login and get back to my account.

    I tried booking a place for a couple of nights, but it turned into a total disaster. Spent three hours just trying to get a confirmation. Two hosts rejected my booking – one was a modern flat in the heart of Chelmsford by Tee, the other a two-bedroom flat with en-suite by Kelly. It was super frustrating and felt like a waste of time. Definitely going to stick with booking.com from now on. Avoid these hosts if you don't want to lose your mind!

    I rented an apartment that turned out to have bed bugs. I sent pictures of the bites and bugs to AirBNB, but they wouldn't help. They even denied the pictures as evidence, despite the host admitting the issue. We had to scramble to find a new place and buy new clothes. AirBNB only agreed to refund the unused days, meaning we paid for three nights of a nightmare. It was a terrible experience and completely ruined our holiday.

    Stay safe!

    I got a call from these scammers asking for payment via Asda gift vouchers. It felt off, but I almost went for it. Thankfully, my bank had my back and reimbursed me. It's so frustrating dealing with these dirty scammers. I really hope they get caught, but who knows if that'll ever happen. Just be careful out there and always double-check things like this. It's crazy how they try to take advantage of people. Stay safe!

    I’ve been using Airbnb for years without a hitch, but today was a real letdown. This host made up damages that never happened, and Airbnb took their side! Can you believe it? It’s like they don’t even care about loyal customers. I’m just so disappointed. I always trusted Airbnb but now I’m done. I’ll be telling everyone to steer clear of them from now on. It’s a shame because I used to love it, but not anymore.

    I gave Airbnb several chances

    I gave Airbnb several chances but kept getting burned. One place had an AC that was completely busted, another had a "kitchen" with no stove, and the beds and sofas were falling apart. Felt like a scam every time. Tried to get refunds, but Airbnb always sided with the hosts, even when they were clearly lying about the amenities. It’s frustrating and disappointing. I'm done with them for good.

    I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked a place for three weeks because it was listed as refundable. When I checked today, it somehow got switched to non-refundable. Now I can't get my money back. It's so frustrating! I feel like they tricked me. Next time, I'm definitely sticking with hotels. This company just isn't reliable. Be careful if you decide to use them.
