I sent money twice through your service. The amount I sent matched the rate you provided, but the recipient didn't receive the exact amount. For instance, if I sent ₦200,000.00, they received ₦199,999.00. This discrepancy is disappointing, and it makes me hesitant to continue using your app.

Afriex is a very good app for sending cash to family and frends around the world. I use 4 diffrent apps to send money to Africa, and out of all of them, Afriex works the best. Their rates are fair and the app is simple to use. One thing I really like is you don’t have to enter the reciepient’s name — once you put in their phone number, the name shows up by it self. I’d definetly tell others to try Afriex if they send money home.

Money moves fast. They make you go through your contact list each time you send money, which is annoying because you already pay with a smaller exchange rate. If someone sends you money, you can't put it in your bank account. You must keep it with Afriex, meaning you can't use it unless you send it to another person. Customer support is fine, they answer emails in about 48 hours.
