    YT tracking then the handoff

The parcel number showed a couple hops, then went quiet until my local carrier picked it up. Once it switched to a domestic tracking ID, updates were normal and the box arrived intact. It took longer than a typical domestic ship, but the price on the item was worth the wait. I would not panic if the middle leg looks sparse. Save the tracking pages and watch for the handoff to your usual courier.

    Pros

    • Domestic handoff tracking was normal
    • Box arrived intact in the end
    • Price made the extra wait acceptable

    Cons

    • Tracking went quiet mid route
    • Slower than a regular domestic ship
