This company has left me disappointed. I feel compelled to rate them a single star, and truth be told, if I had the option, I wouldn't even grant them that. My dissatisfaction stems from a $160 investment in a synthetic wig, a purchase that I quickly regretted mere hours after making. Attempting to rectify my impulsive decision, I sought to cancel the order, only to discover that they insisted on retaining half of my hard-earned money. In an effort to return the product, I shipped it back to its place of origin in China, where it was manufactured. However, the perplexing journey didn't end there. The wig, despite originating in China, was shipped from New York. This discrepancy resulted in a convoluted back-and-forth with the customer service team in New York, all facilitated through PAYPAL. Despite complying with their convoluted return process and ensuring that they received the item, my refund remains elusive. Order #TA170609C3040 stands as a stark reminder of the frustrating experience I've had with this company.

Rengeteg emberrel csalnak meg a Wigsis oldalon. Én is próbáltam visszaküldeni egy nagyon csúnya, (a szín és a stílus nem olyan, mint a képen) parókát és a cég nem válaszolt. Vitatkozni fogok a díjak miatt, és remélem, hogy a cc-m visszatéríti.

Ennek a vállalatnak meglopja a képeket más megbízható oldalakról, és megpróbálja megszerezni a pénzét. Rendeltem egy Halle Berry Bobot. Amit kaptam, az nem leírható olyan szörnyű volt. Felvettem velük a kapcsolatot, és megpróbáltak adni nekem 10%-ot abból, amit elköltöttem !!!!Micsoda vicc. Visszautasították, hogy adjanak nekem egy címet. Kapcsolatba léptem több hatósággal is itt az államokban. Nem tudom, mi lesz az eredmény, de bármi legyen is az, sok eladást fognak elveszíteni! Köszönöm, hogy elloptátok a pénzemet. Nem csoda, hogy ilyen rossz hírnéve van az országnak!
