Email responses were slow and script-like. After a couple of firm messages with photos, they offered a modest partial refund. Not ideal, but acceptable.

Texture needs serum and patience, yet the style frames my face nicely. For the price, I felt fine wearing it to errands and brunch.

Registration was easy. Picked an in-stock style with no customizations. Package came in 3 weeks. Not salon quality, but usable for photos.

Signing up was optional which I liked. Filters by cap size and color made choosing painless. Care guides are clear and returns policy is easy to find.

Worst wig ever

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They r China based and I've been trying to return this poorly made wig that looks nothing like the pic for months. It cost hundreds of dollars to return.

I read their return/refund policy and the day I received my wig was the day I emailed them for a return they informed me that it would cost to much to send it back and would take to long. Their return/exchange policy say nothing about that. When I tried to return all they do is give me an 15% refund. That's an insult. I didn't spend over 100 dollars for a wig i can ever use. It's to big and to shiny. Looks very fake and color is terrible. If u want to take a chance and buy one...I WARNED U

The website does not give an option for ZERO stars. I have been in touch with Lucy and now I have 2 wigs I never ordered. One was supposed to be swapped and the other was the julian hough wig, which I sent an extra 40 dollars for, To :NOTHING ,,,,,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. NO PHONE TO CALL. I WISH I HAD CHECKED THE REVIEWS. OVER 75M TO 100 EMAILS AND STILL NO JULIAN HOUGH WIG. I WILL KEEP WRITING TO GET SOMEONE WHO CAN FIX THIS, 3 MONTHS.....75-100 EMAILS

This company is from China

This company is from China, and I bought something, but when I tried to pay I got an e-mail from a different company saying PayPal, I couldn’t follow my order it sent me to PayPal, which I don’t really know how works, it showed a different company not the site I bought from. I did report them and they said they will check this company, I don’t think I will order online much more, many of them are from China or other places, it’s hard to know which ones are real.

Can’t belive I forgot to read reviews first. Big mistake on my part. Waited 18 days and the wig that came was nothing like what I paid for. I asked for a Remy Human hair wig in brown but ended up with a blonde synthetic one. Tried contacting them a few times, no reply at all, so I’m writing here instead.

This wig has a really nice look. The only issue I faced was that it was too tight. I owned the petite version before and it fit perfectly, but this one did not. So I had to return it. Their customer service was very friendly!

Oh NO, Its the Green Box!

I had purchased a beautiful Iman wig from shoppers network. This company wig sis claim to have them so I ordered two. I was burned by their tacky wigs before, so when I saw the box, I knew I was duped again. what a piece of crap, both of them! from now on, in store only! I hate them, they were late and expensive for what. I ended up going to a beauty supply store and found a great wig.

AVOID buying from Wigsis.

The wigs they send hardly look like the pictures. They seem poorly made and low quality. Even worse, these wigs come from China, and returning them for a refund is impossible. They keep arguing with you until you quit. So you lose your cash and end up with a wig you don’t want. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I bought a wig on May 5.

It still hasn't shown up. The tracking is really hard to use. I can't tell which delivery servise has it. When I checked the tracking, it said they tryed to bring it - not true, I have a camera. Later it said it was being delivered - but still no clue who’s doing it. I'm down $100.00 and no wig to show. Won’t order from this company again.

Bad customer service.

The product looks nothing like the pictures. It took a really long time to receive the wigs, so I placed another order thinking the first ones got lost. After a long wait, they finally arrived. However, most of the wigs didn’t look like what was shown on the website, so I had to return them. The emails kept going in circles, and they just kept telling me to try the wigs again. All wigs are new, and they won’t even provide me with the return address. Hard to deal with. DO NOT buy from them.

I bought the Ideal Auburn Lace Front Remy Human Hair Long Wigs (SKU: HW04029) and at first, it just needed a little heat styling! I was unsure about it at first and didn’t know what to think. My first instinct was to ask for a refund. But after chatting with Lucy and writing a lot of notes, I finally tried using a flat iron and brushing it out. The hair changed into something that looked just like my own natural hair. I really like 100% remy human hair wigs, but I still have to work on them to make them less noticeable. Things like bleaching knots, plucking hairlines, and adjusting the wig cap size take time. My work with them never ends, but once I’m done, they always look good and feel comfortable. I know it sounds odd, but try it out for yourself and see if you like the heat styling. I did! Just keep in mind, the more heat you use to make it suit African American hair textures, the more length you might lose, so go for a longer wig if you're unsure!

I ordered a wig that was supposed to be from a celebrity's brand. It was meant to be 14 inches and feathered back. Instead, I got a 20-inch, loose curled, cheap wig that looked nothing like what I ordered. The color was also completely off. I reached out and asked for a refund. The hair didn’t feel or look like human hair, and Wigsis' customer service process would’ve been easier if they provided a pre-printed return label.

Couple years back, I ordered a blond real

Couple years back, I ordered a blond real hair wig from this company, but they sended me a red fake one instead...Didnt remember the name and unfortunatly ordered again...this time wanted a mans real hair wig. What arrived was a long womens wig...Tried fixing it with "Lucy" but got no help at all...the woman from China just told me to buy another wig with 30% off...BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Avoid this company.

Avoid this company. They are deceptive. I bought a wig from their site for $168.10, and it looked nothing like the picture. It resembled cheap doll hair. Despite many tries to return it for a refund, I had to find other methods to get my cash back. They promise a full refund but don’t fall for it. I had to contact them 5 times and then spent 4 months dealing with PayPal and my credit card company to finally get my money. Stay away!

This company is absolutely unreliable! Avoid purchasing from them at all costs! They claim your order is shipped when it's not, and they even give you a phony tracking number to trick you. Don't get deceived by their tactics! I regret not researching before buying. I've lodged complaints with BBB and Paypal to address this issue.

Words can't capture the disappointment, and I genuinely wish I could share visuals to illustrate just how awful this piece is. And if, like me, you're contemplating a return (which is inevitable), brace yourself for the kicker—they expect you to foot the bill for shipping it back to CHINA. Not only did I end up with a subpar wig, but they also expect me to shell out an additional $30 just to send it back to them. It's a complete and utter letdown.

Unfortunately, the wigs they claim to have on their website are nonexistent, and instead, they send a cheap alternative that doesn't match the order. The customer service is unhelpful, offering a runaround and attempting to extract more money. If you find yourself in a similar situation, my recommendation is to promptly report the issue to your card company.
