I can't understand why they get so many bad reviews! I really enjoy webflow and have been using it since 2020!

When we started using Webflow

When we started using Webflow at Entropic Digital earlier this year, we weren't sure what to expect. It turned out to be a game-changer for us. The level of control it offers is just mind-blowing, and we could integrate things like Spline and user accounts right away without any fuss. The number of plugins isn’t massive, but honestly, it packs a punch with what it has. The interface is clean and pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it, though there's a bit of a learning curve if you're new to this kind of thing. We found tons of learning resources, which were super helpful, even if some of them are a bit outdated now. Webflow regularly updates, which keeps things fresh and exciting. However, figuring out the right plan was a bit of a headache at first. The pricing can be steep, especially the hosting. It's not exactly budget-friendly. Plus, there are a few features we wish it had that other platforms offer as standard. Despite these quirks, we’re really excited to see where Webflow goes from here. Its capability to handle complex websites with basic built-in functionalities is pretty impressive. If they keep improving and maybe add more plugins, it could be unbeatable. All in all, Webflow has been a powerful tool for us. We have high hopes for its future development and can't wait to see what new features they roll out next.

Really disappointing, I can't even get the website

Really disappointing, I can't even get the website to work properly on their platform. Foolishly paid for a whole year instead of just months, huge regret!!! Now they’ve taken our money and we can’t reach anyone to fix anything. Our mistake, don’t make the same one. Stay away from this company

Avoid using their 2FA; it makes logging back in a real hassle. You can't get into your account. They ask really hard questions and then shut down support before fixing the issue.

I’ve been dealing with Webflow

I’ve been dealing with Webflow for nearly a year and a half now, and it's been a nightmare. There are so many problems with their service, and trying to get any help is like shouting into a void. Their support team? Might as well be robots. Whenever I reach out for help, they just send some generic article that doesn't solve anything. It's super frustrating. But wait, it gets worse. They've overcharged me multiple times, and despite my numerous attempts to get a refund, I'm still waiting. I even went as far as filing a complaint with the San Francisco BBB, and they told me that Webflow hasn’t bothered to respond to any of the inquiries. It's like they just don’t care about their customers at all. The whole thing feels really sketchy, almost like some kind of scam. If you're thinking about using Webflow, I'd seriously reconsider. It's been nothing but trouble for me, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I’ve been dealing with.

I’d prefer picking up coding instead of using

I’d prefer picking up coding instead of using this convoluted platform. I just wanted to add a menu to the mobile version of my site. I went through all of Webflow’s tutorials (which are pretty old now) AND I STILL CAN’T FIGURE IT OUT because their interface has changed so much recently that even tutorials from a year or two ago are now pretty much useless.
