This really upset me since my reservation had already been processed and charged to my credit card. I wanted to cancel everything, but the customer service rep told me to wait until I called back. I tried calling many times and even sent a message, but no one got back to me. The next day, I finally reached Vicky, who told me the reservation was canceled. I explained I still needed the flight and would pay the extra cost. Vicky was really helpful in restoring my flight and assisting with everything she could.
