Customer service is realy useful.

Customer service is realy useful. Booking a plane trip can take a lot of time and energy. But with their customer service and a skilled worker, this can be done fast, for a good price, and with no stress. Big thanks to Mitchell and Ruby who helped me plan many flights and made my trip happen. Thanks!

This company is a total rip-off!

This company is a total rip-off! They purposely book the wrong flight, then charge you three times for the right one, and when you ask for a refund, they say "no refunds", even though their website clearly says you can get a full refund within 24 hours.

Avoid this company.

They are dishonest. I bought two round trip tickets with a refundable option. They told me these were promotional tickets, so I couldn't get a refund. I called within 8 hours of buying them, and they told me the price was no longer available. They kept pushing me to change my flight to another time. They were rude and hard to deal with. If you decide to buy, call your bank right away and freeze your card before they take any money. I didn’t receive any confirmation emails. I asked for a supervisor, and they called me back claiming to be a manager, but they were still rude and wanted me to pay the higher price. Their website says refunds are available within 24 hours, but that wasn’t true. Freeze your card before they charge you. My bank helped a lot with this, and I just wish I froze my card earlier.

I visited their site on Saturday 9/7 and booked a flight for $417 per person, with an extra fee for "travel care" or whatever they call it, which claimed I could cancel within 24 hours. Instead, I got a blank email saying it was pending and to call an 800 number. Called 15 minutes later, and Walt Bulls was unhelpful, saying the airline raised the price and I now had to pay $1099 for the reservation for 2 people or loose the money. I asked about the 24-hour cancellation policy, and he said it didn't apply. My options were to pay or get charged a cancellation fee. This is a total scam. I called again today, and still no changes or refunds. Do not use this site. I had to give 1 star, but they deserve a -5. Just saw their score on better business bureau is F. 29 complaints in 12 months. Report them!

Dishonest practices and misinformation

I tried to book a flight and gave all my information. The immediate email I got said it was pending and an agent would be in contact. I waited to contact them to check on status. Was told that they tried to email, call, and left voicemails multiple times....DID NOT HAPPEN! Then I was blamed for the miscommunication. I was told that it was a "promotional" booking (never saw in print) and they were waiting for a cancelation for that flight. ALSO FALSE because I had been watching the flight availability and is it still available but at a much higher price now. Very rude customer service!

Worst site ever!

If I could select -10 stars I would. Booked a flight, received a pending booking number then received the worst customer service experience ever in my whole life. And I work in customer service! Reps asked me to let them finish talking but would cut me off every time I tried to speak. SO CRAZY! My family could hear every call I made to them and was just amazed at how RUDE each rep was. We will be posting to every social media platform that we can in hopes to save anyone from getting scammed! I wish I recorded the calls. You would be very upset to hear how they spoke to us :(

Bad company, total scam.

Bad company, total scam. I booked a flight and after paying, it showed "order pending". I quickly called to cancel because it felt suspicious. The lady argued with me, saying it was non-refundable, but I never got an email or had the money taken from my account.

vulgar and unprofessional

I am so disappointed in certain individuals you hired to answer calls about booking. The lady I spoke to was vulgar and unprofessional. She even told me not to book from the site again.
