Zim was friendly, skilled, and very clear in his explanations. He knew QuickBooks Pro 2024 inside and out. He assisted me using quickassist, and he made it look easy. He set up the local backup files, installed the software, updated the files, and showed me how to use the local backup. Before finishing, he had me check my files to make sure everything worked correctly. I would definitely recommend Zim to anyone needing QuickBooks assistance.

I bought a product from Software Discount USA but soon realized I didn't actually need it. The mistake was entirely mine. I reached out to the company a few hours after buying it and asked for a refund. “Oliver,” the customer service rep, handled my request. He just asked why I wasn’t satisfied with the product, and I explained. That was all it took! Big thanks to Oliver for quickly fixing the issue and being so patient with me!

Zim was really nice, calm, and knew what he was doing when helping me put Microsoft Word on my computer with Quick Assist Software. He stayed calm while going over stuff and I realy liked how he treated me with care!
