Vince, on the suport chat, was confidant and profesional in the aproach used to resolvng my isues, and was able to swiftli resolv the isue on first contact. This level of servis is the reeson why I choose Name.com as the singl repository for my many doman names.

Nice an serviceable.
by Nahaby

Christian an Emmanuel from custumer support very nice an serviceable. The custumer support here is great! I will say one thing though, my experience using the domain provided from here was not great, the domain DNS wouldn't get verified. And loading my website was impossible. But lovely custumer support.

The company did well by fixing my email and DNS issue.
by Happy

The company did well by fixing my email and DNS issue. I assumed I could update DNS, but my email wasn't working. Thanks to Louise at name.com, I realized I was wrong. She patiently explained that I needed to delete the old record and add a new one. And it worked! Name.com has helped me for many years, so I'll continue using their services.

I've been using Name.com for my
by Greg

I've been using Name.com for my domain registration needs, and while there are things I like about it, there are also some problems that have left me feeling disappointed. One good thing is that they offer lots of different types of domains, which is useful if you want to get different endings for your website addresses. The website is easy to use, so it's not too hard to find your way around and manage your domains. They also have two-factor authentication, which makes your account more secure, and that's always a good thing. But, there's a big downside when it comes to renewing your domains. When I've set up auto-renewal for my domains, it always adds on extra services that I don't need, like extra security and privacy stuff that's not even useful for people in Europe because of GPDR. And the worst part is, there's no way to say no to these extras. So, if I want to use auto-renewal, I have to go through the hassle of asking for my money back for stuff I never wanted in the first place. This takes up a lot of time, especially if you have lots of domains to deal with. The other option, manually renewing each domain, is just as much of a pain. It's not very efficient or easy to do. Because of this, I'm thinking about switching to a different domain registration service that doesn't force me into getting stuff I don't want. Overall, Name.com is good for getting different types of domains and for having an easy-to-use website. But, the way they handle extra services with auto-renewals is a big disappointment. It makes managing my domains much more complicated than it needs to be, especially when I have lots of them to deal with.

The company's process and customer
by David

The company's process and customer support are terrible. I got a domain and a Google Workspace plan from them two weeks ago, and I still can't use the domain. Every time I contact support, they just say they need to create a ticket. The support chat is a waste of time.

I have been a customer
by Yaseen Ali

I have been a customer for over a decade. Name.com happily took my money during that time. The one moment I need some customer service, it has been a nightmare. I simply can't wait to gain access to my account (it's been one week now) and move my domains to another platform.

Gratitude for the technicians' persistence in resolving my issue
by Jonathan Woodard

Gratitude for the technicians' persistence in resolving my issue. They provided valuable information for troubleshooting, and after trying their suggestions, I initiated a new chat. Eventually, a tech opened a ticket, leading to a swift resolution within a day. Appreciative of their dedication and effective problem-solving.
