I should have heeded the warning - someone advised me against this, but I went ahead and bought it anyway. Just as I set up everything I needed, they made a huge change, removing pay-as-you-go emails, texts, and calls and switching to a $97 per month unlimited plan. WHAT? So now I’m expected to pay monthly the same amount I paid for a lifetime deal? They can set their prices however they want, but $97 is just outrageous. It’s not like they’re doing this because GHL said they couldn’t advertise a lifetime deal. They could have complied with GHL and given everyone who bought the lifetime deal a 100% off coupon to make things right. They could have allowed SMTP usage, but instead, they’ve really messed over a lot of people. They are deleting comments in their community and on their page and disabling accounts without any warning. It’s a crazy way to run a business. I loaded money to cover my pay-as-you-go emails, and now I won't get that back. There are people who have been using this for months and are now completely stuck.

I bought Clixlo in 2022 but didn't explore it much then (it has a bit of a learning curve!). In 2024, I decided to dive back in since I got the lifetime plan, but had issues logging in this month. Support response was slow, but keep trying to reach them (even if it takes a week or more & several tries). Once I got a reply, Chad from support was really helpful and got me back in my account quickly and even helped with another problem. I was a bit hesitant at first due to loading issues, but with all that's included, it's worth learning how to set up websites/funnels/courses, etc. I'm happy with the lifetime package, as I can learn at my own pace without any monthly fees like other companies. Thanks to Chad for your help today!

Life time purchase turned to monthly membership

I purchased Clixlo's lifetime deal and paid around $500. Everything was okay, but then, last week, my text connection was deleted, and I couldn't send any more text messages. They are asking me to sign up for a monthly membership package if I want to send emails and texts. Why did I purchase the lifetime deal if I wanted a monthly membership? Why did I pay around $500? Their support is very bad. I can't reach anyone, and my support messages are all unanswered. I have been waiting for days now. I have no idea what I am going to expect next.

Great support. My photo studio uses Facebook ads and we've had Clixlo for our lead funnels for around 2 years. Their tech help has been smart and quick.
