It's really surprising how fast a parcel from New Zealand made it to Switzerland, quicker than many European deliveries! Their rewards program is nice, and you earn points, including on your birthday. They also have free shipping and reasonable prices. Delivery can take some time, but it’s usually worth the wait. I’d say they’re a solid choice for pet supplies. Never had any problems with them.

    Good customer service.

    Good customer service. I've been ordering flea/tick/heartworm meds for my cats from this company for more than five years. Never found a flea on them. They are in great health.
