A big thank you to Brenda at petsfly for helping me bring my 3 cats from the US to Germany. They all arrived safe and sound and are enjoying their new home. Brenda was amazing in assisting me with the process of updating the health certificate and getting the USDA endorsement for our trip to the EU! I couldn’t have done it without her help. I was struggling to meet the deadline and get the endorsement back on time for the trip. It was a close call, but thanks to Brenda, everything worked out, and we had an amazing time in Europe with our cat!
