Disappointed with the company;

Disappointed with the company; shoddy materials and inaccurate sizing. Ordered my usual size, but the shorts were too small. Attempted a return, but they declined, citing high postage costs. Agreed to a partial refund, but it's been over two weeks and still no reimbursement. Customer service leaves much to be desired.

Got a bikini in 2 diferent sizes cause the sizing is kinda confusing. Neither of them fits right, probly cause the shape is pretty odd. Even tho the site says otherwise, they won’t give a full refund and make sending stuff back really hard. They’re actually in China, not the UK. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a scam. I purchased several swimsuits to try, and they have not replied to any of my emails regarding returns. I am currently working with my bank to get my money back. I confused this company's name with a reputable one and now regret my mistake. I just want to warn others not to use them.

The purchase was for 3 items. The email confirmed all 3, but later tracking emails only mentioned 2 items without reason. I asked for the missing item, but got no reply. They sent 2 items, no refund, and no explanation.

Advise against purchasing from Seafancy. They lack a return policy and don't answer emails. Quite let down that they refuse to exchange unworn bathers for a different color.

Returning items is a nightmare and probably not even legal in the UK. I will never buy from them again. They deserve ZERO stars.
