I signed up for a trial subscription to one of their offerings, but since I’m new to options trading, I needed a bit of help understanding how to follow and place the trades. John was there to guide me through my first day, answering all my questions and making sure I understood how to place the trades. He also helped me get a clearer idea of how the trades would develop over time. Cody, who was assigned as my account manager, worked closely with John, offering more details about Schaeffer's services and which ones might fit my style. We talked about how aggressive I wanted to be and what options suited my goals. Both of them were patient with my request to start slow with the trial services, which helped me feel more confident while maintaining my existing investments. They certainly knew how to match the services to my needs.

Day trading requires a lot of focus, so I began looking for subscriptions that offer trade recommendations at certain times, and I signed up for a few. Last weekend, I attended a webinar with Schaeffer’s Investment Research. Afterward, I called the support line to sign up for a trial that would give me full access for one month, including 5 trades to be sent on Sunday afternoon. As soon as the call ended, I received emails to log me into the dashboard, invoice for the trial, and a welcome message from the support agent with their contact info. I spent some time preparing for the upcoming trades. This service stands out compared to others I've used. First, trades are delivered at a specific time, like Sunday. Second, the subscription doesn’t rely just on videos for education or alerts, offering printable materials too. Third, customer support is a priority, providing a dedicated account manager.

Although I had a rough start with their salesman, things got better once Katie, the owner, took charge. She handled the situation well and made sure the salesman knew how to approach customers better. If you run into any issues with Schaeffer's, don't hesitate to reach out to Katie. She will make sure things are sorted!

I didn't really understand what I was getting into

I didn't really understand what I was getting into, and after talking to their agent, I mentioned that I know quite a bit about trading options. He informed me that I had enrolled in a basic course, which wouldn't help me at all. He promised me a refund, but I never received it. When I called back, he said he could apply my payment to a more expensive service instead. I have health issues and might not be around for long. He mentioned REFUND but then changed his story. I suggest avoiding these folks. After disputing the charges with VISA, I got a call from a different representative at Schaeffers, who claimed he could give me a credit, which the other rep said wasn’t possible. Now that I've disputed the charge, Visa and Schaeffers will work together to sort this out. The rep wasn't truthful about the credit situation. Since I had this second call, I’ll bump my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Just be carefull about what you sign up for.

Easily the most disappointing trading suggestions

Easily the most disappointing trading suggestions I have encountered. While many other trading groups are profiting, these people just keep sending out trades that lose time after time, yet they continue to call you trying to sell their other programs. It might be wise to do the OPPOSITE of their advice to actually make any money. They are terrible.
