Helpful, but upsells nagged
Content landed for me, the worksheets especially. I did get a little eye roll from the funnel popups. Still, I felt seen in the live Q&A, and the reframes have stuck. Worth it if you ignore the salesy bits.

Coach question that landed
Midweek, she asked what would you do if you weren’t afraid of the scale. I froze, then breathed. Something clarifed. Different energy since.

Helpful, a bit salesy
Content is thoughtful and I felt seen. Pop ups around upgrades are a little much. Still, the exercises reduced my food anxiety.

Kind space with real tools
Group coaching felt safe. Homework was bite sized, and the way triggers were explained finally clicked. Messages between sessions kept me honest. I’m not fixed in a week, but the shame eased, and that’s a big win for me.

Helpful coaching, lots of emails
Intake was thorough, calls were focused, and the exercises are practical. There are many reminders and popups in the funnel. The changes stick if you do the homework.

Real shifts, not diets
I’ve tried every plan. This felt different because we worked on why I eat, not just what. It’s work, but I’m calmer around food now.

Dr. Nina worked with a close friend of mine
Dr. Nina worked with a close friend of mine who had been dealing with food issues and had put on quite a bit of weight. She was feeling down and unhappy with herself, but Dr. Nina supported her through it. Now, it’s like she’s herself again, and I’m really grateful for that.

Transformative! It’s not about food or restriction.
Transformative! It’s not about food or restriction. It’s not about needing a different body to have value. I am UNlearning all the diet culture myths. I am learning about myself and why I binge. This book and Dr. Nina have reshaped my life. I am realizing that changing old habits takes time and I need to be patient. I’m also discovering how to support myself and how wonderful that is. Give yourself time to relearn how to care for yourself lovingly. You deserve it! Just like this book does! Transformative!!!!!

Dr. Nina has shown me that binge eating isn’t about food
Dr. Nina has shown me that binge eating isn’t about food, but rather about my own self-view. She helped me see that I did my best with the coping methods I had. I’m starting to rewrite my story, which boosts my confidence and allows me to be myself more freely! Having struggled with an eating disorder as my main way to cope, I’m improving each day. Thanks, Dr. Nina!

I can't express enough how much I appreciate Dr. Nina.
I can't express enough how much I appreciate Dr. Nina. The work with her was tough, but it showed me that food was never the issue. This journey can be daunting, and Dr. Nina is the perfect guide in finding out why I turned to food. She also taught me that it's normal to have feelings and how to share them without eating. I've always tried to stay in the background and not draw attention, but Dr. Nina helped me embrace my uniqueness and shine brightly. Working with Dr. Nina has been a great investment of my time and money.
