Visszaigazolás lassan, de jött
A lemondási kérésemre pár nap múlva reagáltak, udvarias hangnemben. Magyarázatot kaptam a csúszásra és felajánlották a visszatérítést. Türelmet igényelt.
RetailMarket.net reviews reveal an overwhelmingly negative customer experience, with consistent reports of major issues. Some buyers and sellers praised the platform’s wide product selection, easy onboarding, and helpful agents who occasionally resolved shipping or order mistakes. A minority of customers noted recent improvements in customer service and appreciated timely follow-up when problems were escalated. However, the majority of RetailMarket.net customer reviews highlight serious concerns: frequent non-delivery of paid orders, significant delays, and a persistent lack of communication from support. Many customers report unfulfilled refunds, with some waiting months without resolution, and others describing the company as unresponsive or even alleging scam-like practices. There are also repeated complaints about receiving damaged or incorrect items and difficulty reaching anyone beyond automated emails. While a few positive experiences exist, the overwhelming pattern is one of unreliable service and financial risk. Overall, is RetailMarket.net legit? Based on customer feedback, shoppers should proceed with extreme caution.
