I had a disappointing experience
I had a disappointing experience with QuickMD. They were supposed to have a doctor call me at a scheduled time for prescription refills, but the call never came. To make matters worse, they charged me $20 for the missed call. Additionally, when my pharmacy made an error, QuickMD was unhelpful, leaving me out $100 with no assistance. This company lacks customer care and accountability.
