    Put a deposit in and paid, but now 5 days later we got NO

    Put a deposit in and paid, but now 5 days later we got NO reply from either Pets4Homes or the seller. Tried to get our money back (which was a real hassle) and found out we lost it, even though they said it was the safest way to get a dog and only deal with honest sellers. We wanted to talk to a person, but the ‘Pre-Filled questions’ they use don’t help at all. Lost £44. Learned from this and won’t be using this site again because it’s clearly useless.

    I tried this site for the first time, and I liked how both advertisers and buyers had to go through a verification process. It felt busy, with many advertisers offering me options on what to buy, and the 'saved search' feature worked fine.
