Buying tickets was easy and straightforward. Initially, I didn’t get the confirmation email, which made me a little nervous. But, one of their reps reached out to me in about 15 minutes and clarified that it was because of their system update. After that, all went well. I loved the Ed sheeran concert; it was my first time seeing him live.
