Clean cabin, messy app
Booking on the site worked, but the app kept looping during seat selection. Airport staff were courteous, cabin spotless, espresso surprisingly good. A delay was communicated clearly with vouchers. What stood out was the crew's warmth, even while juggling a tight turnaround.
