    I ordered my groceries and instead of arriving at my doorstep, they ended up who knows where. No picture, no confirmation, just vanished into thin air. Makes me wonder if the delivery person decided to keep my food. Now, I’ve got to wait a whole week or more for a refund from Kroger. Honestly, Instacart should be the one fixing this mess. At 82, with heart issues, I can’t just pop out to the store, especially in this cold weather. Now I’m stuck without food. Thanks a bunch, Instacart. Really feeling let down.

    I can't believe the experience I had with Instacart. Thought paying extra would get my groceries delivered faster, but ended up waiting over an hour. When I asked for a refund, they refused and said I could pay a cancellation fee that included the meal, driver tip, and delivery fee. It's ridiculous! This isn't the first time it's happened either. I’ve had similar problems before and honestly, I’m just done with them. They clearly don't care about their customers. Definitely won’t be using Instacart again.

    I decided to try Instacart and signed up on February 2nd. It's March 5th now and I'm still stuck on the waiting list. Honestly, the reps are super unhelpful, seems like they don't really care. I kept asking for updates, but all I got was vague answers and no real info. It's so frustrating. If you're thinking about using Instacart, I'd seriously reconsider. Their customer service is a joke and the whole process has been nothing but a headache. Better to look elsewhere for grocery delivery services.

    I can't believe this mess

    I can't believe this mess with Instacart! Ordered one thing, they charged me for six, like, seriously? Tried to get my refund for over six weeks now, but all I get are endless runarounds. The agents are nice, sure, but none of them could fix it. This company is a total joke. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. It's been such a headache, and there's still no resolution. Never again will I use Instacart. They should be ashamed, from the agents to the executives. What a disgrace of a company.

    I decided to give Instacart a try and placed two orders, one from Costco and another from Keyfood. What a disaster. It turned into a 12-hour nightmare. First, the app showed delivery times, but no shoppers were assigned to my orders. Then, after waiting on hold for 2 hours, customer service was completely unhelpful. They were just as useless as the automated messages online. The whole experience was so frustrating and exhausting. I expected much better service and reliability. Never again.

    I tried using Instacart and honestly, it’s been a mess. The shoppers barely communicate, so if something’s out of stock, you’re left in the dark. And Instacart itself? They don't seem to care at all. Had this one shopper who straight up asked me for an extra tip because she had a house fire and needed money. Felt kinda awkward. Plus, I never seem to get all my items and they don’t even offer substitutes. It’s like a gamble every time I use the service. Really frustrating and disappointing.

    Ugh, what a mess. Downloaded the app thinking it would be a smooth start to shopping, but boy, was I wrong.     Ordered some groceries and they missed out on three items. When I asked them to drop it off the next day, they tried to slap me with extra charges. Can you believe that? They messed up and I gotta pay for it? To top it off, their customer support is based in the Philippines, and if you have any trouble hearing, good luck understanding them. It was just a frustrating experience from start to finish. Instacart really needs to step up their game if they want to keep customers happy.

    I ordered groceries online and it turned into a nightmare. I waited for 7 hours, and nothing showed up. Called customer service three times, every time they said it’s on its way. But no delivery. They already took the money from my account but no groceries in sight. I tried to talk to a supervisor, but no luck. It’s just a loop of empty promises and then they even tried to blame the shopper. This is just unacceptable and frustrating. Definitely not ordering from them again!

    I decided to get some

    I decided to get some lobsters for a special dinner and went with Big Y this time. Ordered three cooked lobsters, but when I got home, I found out they were cooked and frozen, not warm like I expected. Last time, I got them from Stop and Shop, and they were hot and ready to eat, no issues. Big Y really disappointed me, especially since they charge more. I felt like I wasted my money on something that wasn’t what I wanted. Next time, I’ll stick with Stop and Shop for sure.

    I tried Instacart thinking it’d save me some time, but it’s been a mess. Prices are way higher than in the store and half the time the wrong stuff shows up. I’ve been charged multiple times for the same order, and getting a refund is like pulling teeth. The delivery fee is crazy high too. Honestly, it’s just not worth it. You’re better off just going to the store or doing curbside pickup. Instacart just feels like a rip-off. Don’t waste your money on it.

    Got this email saying my next food purchase would be on them, except for taxes. Seemed too good to be true, so I reached out to double-check.     Wow, what a mess! Tried using Instacart and it was just a disaster. Customer service? Nonexistent. I felt like I was talking to a wall, and the folks at the call center were no help at all.     You won't believe what happened

    You won't believe what happened with my grocery order today. Placed an order from Woodman's at noon, expecting it to arrive within a reasonable time. By 9pm, still nothing. Called Woodman's and Instacart, and the folks on the phone were incredibly rude. Felt like they didn't care at all. Ended up canceling the order and driving to pick up the groceries myself at 10pm. Seriously, worst customer service ever. Can't imagine using them again.

    Just got back from the hospital and needed groceries right away. Thought I'd give Instacart a try, but it was a total disaster.     I had a chat with Instacart yesterday about a problem that's been dragging on forever. Back on December 6th, 2022, I placed an order worth $300, but it never arrived. They did refund the tip, but $45 was still missing. I got this generic email saying they'd processed the refund, but nothing happened.     I ordered dinner from this place, but it was a total disaster. They sent my food to the wrong address and then claimed the driver tried to call me over 15 times, which he definitely didn't. When I asked for my money back, they got super rude and flat out refused. They even told me not to call again because their decision was final. It's honestly a complete scam. But then, two hours later, it suddenly says it's still looking for a shopper, even though the store was already closed.     I had the worst time

    I had the worst time with Instacart. The driver, Paul, was unbelievably rude. I’m still fuming that Instacart keeps him around even after knowing how he treats customers. And to make things worse, he delivered spoiled meat. I tried to add pics to show how bad it was, but couldn’t. It’s just ridiculous.
