Ordered something on 1/28/25 for
Ordered something on 1/28/25 for delivery between 3-6. The driver claimed he dropped it off at 3:45, but no proof of delivery. Talked to the driver, and he said it'll come after 5. Guess what? Nothing showed up! Sent proof to customer service, and they refused to refund me. So frustrating. Just counting the days until my membership is over. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Ordered groceries and suddenly, delivery
Ordered groceries and suddenly, delivery changed to the next day. Tried contacting customer service, but it was useless. They sent a long message saying they’ll “fix it” but ended up with “sorry, can’t help.” No real explanation or solution. Got fed up and cancelled my membership. Other stores manage delivery way better, so I’m done with Instacart for good.

I was about to dive
I was about to dive into using Instacart, thinking it was free, but then I found out the "free" account only lasted two weeks before they'd slap me with a $99 yearly fee. Seriously? Then trying to close my account was like a circus act, jumping through so many hoops. It was so frustrating. This company is such a nightmare. Be cautious, folks!

So I tried ordering some toys for my kids, and it was a total disaster. One toy showed up, but the other wasn't available, and they said they'd refund me. Still waiting on that refund. Customer service? Forget it. Just a bunch of automated messages, no real help. Instacart is a joke, they just take your money and run. Never using them again.

I ordered from Subway through
I ordered from Subway through Instacart, and while the driver was great, the food was a disaster. Opened up my sandwich and it was dry, with veggies I didn't even ask for. The meat was so slimy, I nearly gagged. Tried to get a refund but dealing with Instacart's customer service was a nightmare. Definitely never using Instacart again.

I got a Shop Rite
I got a Shop Rite gift card and thought it'd be perfect to use on Instacart. Saw the spot to enter the numbers, but it just wouldn't work. Tried a few times, nothing. Reached out to Instacart, but they seemed just as puzzled as I was. They couldn't figure out how to make it work on their site either. Super frustrating.
