I appreciate how everything is explained clearly and they seem trustworthy with proper scientific references. Complicated topics are broken down in an easy-to-understand way and key points are repeated, making it easier to remember all the info. The content is mostly US-focused, which I find a bit of a downside, as it's hard to tell how it compares to Europe, where food security is more advanced. In general, it provides solid information with practical takeaways.

Scam! Stay away!

I unsubscribed from the plan on the day I signed up for it. Was still charged $149.00 and told that it would not be refunded. This is a scam website, will be lodging a formal complaint and get my money back.

Disappointing and deceptive

I had a very disappointing experience with the Gyna due to its deceptive billing practices and poor customer service. After canceling my membership, I was shocked to discover that I was still being charged for a “meal plan subscription” that I never knowingly signed up for. They billed me for three months in advance, claiming it was non-refundable, despite my attempts to clarify and resolve the issue. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing little concern for my situation or offering any resolution. There was no clear communication during the cancellation process, and it felt like a deliberate attempt to lock customers into unwanted charges. I strongly advise being extra cautious when canceling any subscriptions with Gyna. My experience has left me frustrated and feeling misled. Not recommended.

This is a great app with reliable information based on science, making sure you have all the tools needed to improve your fertility and pregnancy path.

Misleading subscription plan, no refund

Be careful! You may be automatically enrolled in additional subscriptions that cost a lot - and the refund policy is more like a cancellation policy. Read the fine print and don’t count on customer service. Content in the app is okay, nothing you can’t find on your own on the internet but structured in a useful way.

!!! Criminal website!!!After a cancelation of a subscription after a “free trial “ (on time) I have been charged anyway 233usd. There is no chance to get in contact with the customer service, there isn’t one at all!!! No refund issued. Still waiting for their reply. Their policy is a fraud

I recently signed up for Gyna

I recently signed up for Gyna, not sure what to expect or why so many people recommend it. But I must admit, I’ve been quite impressed by how much I’ve learned in such a short period. I had no idea that some foods I thought were healthy were actually affecting my fertility. Gyna explains everything so clearly, making it easier to know what to pick at the store. I look forward to discovering even more and hopefully seeing some positive changes!

Really good! I’m enjoying the Gyna service. Everything feels customized to my needs and preferences. The course is simple to follow and packed with helpful details, and the recipes are great and simple to make. I look forward to seeing where this Gyna journey takes me!

Canceled subscription but was yet charged

I took a 14-day free trial, and canceled my subscription before the end of trial. Yet they charged for one-year subscription. Can’t find any email adress to resolve this issue. Do not take the ”free” trial!

I found the course to be informative

I found the course to be informative, but I didn't think it was very personalized. The initial quiz seemed to have little impact on my learning experience. I did enjoy the quick quizzes at the end of each part. Although the cost is high, I am not sure if it was worth it.

However, it’s already helping me make better choices when it comes to food, which I hope will benefit my family too. The recipes are a helpful touch – it’s one thing to learn about good food, but actually having easy recipes is super useful. The quizzes are good for making things stick in my mind, and the short lessons help keep me interested without feeling overwhelmed. For now, it feels like the $18 is worth it. Will it help with pregnancy? Hard to say, but it really depends on your willpower and sticking to the plan.

No refunds

No indication that I signed up for both the meal program and the fertility program so I got charged for two programs ($107 and $169). Did not get a reminder the day before so was charged both. Apparently there’s a link for refunds but apparently no refunds are allowed. Don’t do it!

Never even heard of them… give my money back

I have never heard of this place before. I am a man, not trying to get pregnant. And they took over 400$ out of my bank account. How TF did you get my info? Please give me my money back. It’s hard because no one there wants to talk to you, even though I have never even been to this stupid website. Stop scamming people and get real jobs! Frustrated AF!!

I have been using Gyna for 4 days now

I have been using Gyna for 4 days now, and I see why it’s important to eat specific foods and why some should be cut down or skipped. I’m also supporting my husband, who just began taking pills for high blood pressure. I like using the app because it is motivating and informative. Thank you.

Subpar material. Refund policy is fraudulent

Would give 0 stars if I could. The product consists of very elementary modules that are like webpages that seem like a middle schooler could put together in a few hours. I went paid for the subscription upfront, and started the modules, but quickly realized the material was not anything special or even that professional. I finished 7 out of 105 and stopped because it felt like a waste of my time. Their refund policy is very shady and they refused my request saying the following: We offer refunds for customers who have implemented the learnings from their fertility program but are not satisfied with the results. Unfortunately, because you haven't completed your program (only 7 of 105 fertility courses completed), it's not possible that you were able to implement the learnings from them. And thus unfortunately you don't qualify for the results guarantee. I'm sorry I can’t issue a refund here.

I discovered a lot of new info that I didn't know before. Gaining insight on improving my diet and understanding what helps or hinders fertility. It's a bit much to take in at first, but in the end, I believe I'll have my baby and live a healthy life to watch my child thrive and enjoy life.

Horrible app that sucks the money out of you, and horrible choice if you have ADHD like me.

Like many have described in the reviews, this app just quietly keeps charging a subscription fee right around the time you forget about it---and an exorbitant amount as well! I'm one of the fools that haven't yet unsubscribed from them even though I have a million complaints about them, only because I feel that perhaps I will get some valuable information from their tutorials and every time I'm hit with this crazy expensive subscription fee, my anger and frustration makes me feel like I should at least finish all the tutorials before cancelling to make that fee at least a little worthwhile... but I get too busy with life and work and with my ADHD mind, I can never go through little bits of it every single day... I need to be able to go through the whole thing in my rare occasions of hyper-focus... which is exactly what it DOESN'T LET YOU DO! It literally sets a cap on how many tutorials you can go through in a day and LOCKS THE REST until the next day. By the next day most likely I have forgotten about the app and I'm off doing other things. Anyway, I just got hit with yet ANOTHER charge from them, which again, as many have reported here, GYNA refuses to refund. And while I am filled with anger and frustration again and feel like for the millionth time, I should at least complete all the tutorials, knowing my limits and how it's been going the last couple of years, I am thinking perhaps I should just give up and cancel, and accept this recent charge and all the previous charges as a VERY EXPENSIVE learning experience to not get lured into these silly programs. Aside from the above complaints, here are some of the other things I am unhappy about this app: -It welcomes subscribers from around the world, but the products they suggest, their recipes, and examples, are very much American. I honestly feel that there should have been a warning somewhere that made that clear before signing up. -I absolutely HATE their Q&A style tutorials! VERY often my answer is something other than the selection of answers they provide, and very often, "Other" or "None of the above" is NOT an option. And unless you select one of the available options, you cannot move forward with the tutorial. It is extremely frustrating. Why do they assume that all our minds, lifestyle, and health situation can be shoved together in a simple list of answers like that? -In the beginning of by signing up to Gyna, I attempted to contact them. Even that isn't simple. They force you through selection of categories. I was eventually lead to an agent (coach?) who emailed me how she could help. I wrote her my concerns and questions, and she NEVER responded after that. -They oversimplify the wording of their tutorials... and leave out important bits, like which unit they are using when they say "your weight" in calculations? Lbs? Kg? So I get lost... but again, since the whole app is based on you being forced to pick your answers from their limited selection of answers, you cannot easily find your answers to your questions or concerns along the way. -From the impression I've gotten from going through their tutorials half way and their "meal plan" & "recipes", basically this app is only beneficial to someone living in America or in the West, used to the kind of foods they eat, that has a lot of time in their hands to cook healthy foods at home every day, exercise often and sleep well. (Honestly if you are that person, you are probably healthy enough to not have infertility , and you can probably quite easily get out of infertility if you do suffer it). If you are juggling jobs, living a fast paced life in a big city outside US and/or the West like myself, keeping up with many of what they suggest to be beneficial to your fertility is difficult. I am always working, overwhelmed with all the chores undone at home because I just don't have the time or energy to tackle them. I am always so tired that I end up choosing sleep over exercising as I don't have time to do both. I'm often having to go to business dinners and business drinking and can't pick what I consume, and when I try to cook at home I often run out of energy and time half way. I've always preferred healthy foods and do eat well when given the chance, but I historically only ate once or twice a day, and recently my appetite just disappeared altogether and can't eat that much anymore. A healthy sleep is nonexistent as I work with international time zones and work crazy hours, I am either insomniac or oversleep, I sleep too little or I get woken up several times through my sleep for work or to care for my senior cat with health issues and dimentia,... I am older, my AMH is so low now although I was never diagnosed as infertile by any of the gynecologists I've been to,... plus I am ADHD and my brain functions like a long duration of paralysis and short and sporadic bouts of hyper-focus. If you are anything like me, trying to get anything out of Gyna is pretty hopeless. If this app was something like $30/year, I wouldn't have complained and probably would have just kept it until some day that I would hopefully finish the tutorials and have the time to follow and cook their meal plans. But with their extremely expensive pricing... made worse by how week my currency is against USD, and life becoming increasingly more costly (food and power prices going up, my senior cat's health needing medical attention, my health requiring attention...), Gyna has only become a cancer to my finances and given me zero help with fertility.

I've had the app for a few days now, and I'm really enjoying it. It's useful to learn about blood sugar, carbs, fats, and proteins to aid in conception. I also appreciate the recipe suggestions. Fingers crossed it helps us!
