    I've been loving my time

I've been loving my time with Gelato! Every time I reach out, their customer support is super quick – always get back to me in an hour tops. My customers are always telling me how great the quality is, which makes me really happy. It feels good to know I can rely on them. Working with Gelato has been a breeze and I couldn’t ask for a better team. Thanks, Gelato! 🙏🏻

    Tried Gelato for the first

Tried Gelato for the first time and it was awesome! There were so many cool products to choose from, it was like a candy store for custom items. The graphics on our order turned out super sharp, way better than expected. And the shipping? Crazy fast! We got everything in no time. Overall, really happy with the whole experience. Definitely gonna use them again.

I made a cool coffee cup design, but the delivery went wrong. Reached out to Gelato's customer service, thinking I'd probably need to order again. To my surprise, they got back to me super fast and sorted everything out. They reshipped my order without any hassle. Didn't expect such quick and friendly help, definitely brightened my day!

I had an awesome experience with Joyce. She really knows her stuff and was super patient with all my questions. I came in pretty confused, but she explained everything so clearly. It felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders. Honestly, Joyce is a gem and totally deserves a raise. If you’re ever there, ask for her – she’s fantastic!

Had a blast ordering a custom phone case! The process was super easy, even for someone like me who isn't tech-savvy. Got a new iPhone 16 instead, which they didn't have a case for yet, but the whole thing was still awesome. The staff who emailed me were so friendly and helpful, felt like chatting with friends. Thanks, Gelato!

I got my first order on Etsy and was kinda lost. Joyce jumped in and was super helpful and patient with me. She explained everything clearly, and I felt so much better after talking to her. Seriously, she made the whole process a breeze. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ten stars for Joyce!

    I had a pretty good

I had a pretty good time dealing with Gelato's customer service. At first, I ran into a bit of a snag, but they totally came through by sending me three extra t-shirts to help me get a better handle on their printing process and see the different techniques up close. It's super useful to go through all the info they give you—it really helps in making the right choices, especially when it comes to Direct-to-Garment prints. Like, if you want the best outcome, steer clear of black-on-black designs; that's the main thing to watch out for. The price might seem a bit steep, but the quality you get is worth it. If your customers are cool with paying $50 or $60 for a hoodie, the profit margin is solid. Overall, very happy with Gelato and would recommend them for anyone into quality print-on-demand stuff.

I had quite the mix-up with the gelato app

I had quite the mix-up with the gelato app, and I gotta say, the team was super helpful, even though it turned into a bit of a wild goose chase. I mean, everyone was jumping through hoops trying to sort out the mess, but the root of the confusion was my misunderstanding. Turns out, gelato lists all products no matter who's handling them. If we'd figured out that the disconnected items weren't gelatos sooner, it would've saved everyone a bunch of time and headaches. Despite the hiccup, their effort was impressive, and I appreciate all they did to try and resolve things. Just a heads up for anyone else using the app—watch out for those fulfillment details!

    I’ve had a really mixed

I’ve had a really mixed experience with this company. They seem more focused on quick profits than actually solving issues. For instance, some products aren’t available in certain countries, but they don’t bother to update shipping profiles, leading to frequent order cancellations. Also, they don’t have proper solutions for multiple item orders in their TT integration; they charge and ship separately but assume combined shipping. Another issue is the lack of size charts and EU safety info in photo mock-ups. They also charge differently for various countries, but the product builder only supports one retail price, meaning sellers have to absorb losses. Basic text formatting is a premium feature, unlike other providers who offer it for free. Frequent mismatches on fabric composition and colors are also a problem. Their customer service starts off friendly but becomes unhelpful if the issue isn’t resolved quickly. They often close queries with generic answers. I've moved half of my volume to other providers. Feels like POD is becoming a bit of a gamble.

    I've usually been happy with

I've usually been happy with Gelato's products and support, but my latest order was a bit of a letdown. Ordered a poster with hanging frames on August 5th, and they arrived damaged and incorrect. Sent them clear photos and reached out to support multiple times, but got zero response. They promised to reply within 8–12 hours, but it's been radio silence. It's frustrating, and honestly, it's shaking my confidence in them. Really hope it's just a one-off issue, though. I want to keep using their services, especially since I'm about to expand my webshop. Just need to know they’ve got my back if something goes wrong again. Here's hoping they step up their game.

    Subpar quality

Wow, I thought I found a gem with Gelato. Their prices seemed like a steal, and the whole process was really straightforward. I was excited to get my hands on their stuff, but man, the quality was a letdown. The garments looked worn out right out of the box, like they had been through a rough spin cycle or something. I compared them with items from other brands and Gelato’s were definitely the worst. I ended up removing all their products from my Shopify store. Can’t risk disappointing my customers with subpar quality.

    I've been using this company

I've been using this company for my photo book business since late August, and it's been a frustrating experience. Every time I place an order, it gives an estimated delivery date during payment, but then, like clockwork, the shipping date gets pushed back by 3-5 days shortly after. Their printing partners claim orders are shipped, but the tracking doesn't update for a week. I have an order from over two weeks ago that's still in production. Customer service is a nightmare. They keep giving me the same canned responses about delays and no real help. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to ask me to pay for a subscription service while I've had to refund nine customers in the past month due to their dishonest shipping estimates. It's just one big mess.

    So, I was really excited

So, I was really excited about getting these custom t-shirts printed—simple design, just a single word on the chest and sleeve, using standard colors. Sounds easy, right? Well, after several rounds of samples, they still couldn't match the colors. The chest and sleeve colors were always off, despite reorders and attempts to fix it. It was so frustrating! I eventually got a refund, but the whole experience left me super disappointed. If it wasn't for their excellent customer support, I would’ve rated them lower. It's a shame because their design interface is top-notch and their product range and pricing are great. Gelato, you were my first choice, but you gotta work on quality control with your print suppliers.

    I’ve been using GelatoCreate for

I’ve been using GelatoCreate for a bit, and navigating their platform is a breeze. Everything's laid out neatly, which is great. But, there’s room for some tweaks, especially with the apparel quality. Some folks, including myself, have noticed the T-shirts and hoodies aren’t the comfiest — the fabric kinda feels cheap and not super cozy. Plus, the print quality isn’t always up to par. The colors can be a bit dull, not popping like you’d hope. If Gelato can step up their game with better fabric and brighter, longer-lasting prints, I’m sure more people would stick around. I’ve put a hold on ordering apparel for now, but with some improvements, I’d definitely consider coming back.

    I used to be a

I used to be a big fan of Gelato. The idea of shipping acrylic prints internationally, like to Italy, was super convenient. But things have really changed. I had one order that just never shipped, and when they tried again, it still didn't show up. Lost a customer over that mess. Recently, I got an order where they didn’t include the full hanging kit. Missing nails led to some wall damage, and now it looks all wrong. The worst part? Trying to get help. Their chatbot is useless and just loops you back to the start. Can’t talk to a real person. Really let down by how things have gone downhill.

    I decided to try Gelato

I decided to try Gelato for some prints since they offer worldwide shipping and I needed a reliable solution. Gotta say, the website is smooth and shipping was on point. But, the print quality was a real letdown. I ordered a lustre print, expecting something decent, but what I got felt like flimsy, cheap paper. Not even close to the quality I've seen from other professional printers. The product just didn't cut it for me. When I opened the package, all my hopes vanished. If you're serious about print quality, you might want to look elsewhere.

I used to be a big fan

I used to be a big fan of Gelato, but lately, things have gone downhill. They keep sending out emails about price cuts, but in reality, they've sneakily bumped up prices a lot. Both of my main products have gotten way more expensive in just a few months. The cost of premium matte paper has jumped over 15% since September, and premium frames with premium paper are up by more than 16%. For instance, a 70x100 premium frame with premium paper now costs €194.91 in Ireland, which is a hefty €25.43 increase. What's worse, I only found out about these hikes by checking my own records. Price differences between countries are also crazy. The same frame costs €90.82 in Germany but €190.30 in the Netherlands—almost €100 more for the same thing! How does that even make sense? How am I supposed to price my products fairly with such wild variations? Plus, I’ve had other issues: lost orders, damaged items, and poor-quality prints. I kept hoping things would get better, but it's clear they won’t. For anyone thinking of using Gelato, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. I’m done with them and searching for a new supplier.

I had a really frustrating experience

I had a really frustrating experience with a POD site. I ordered one of their biggest canvases and paid an extra $50 for FedEx overnight shipping because I needed it urgently for a customer. The design was custom-made and took hours to perfect, so the order was worth hundreds of dollars. But on the expected delivery date, the canvas hadn’t even been shipped! They totally dropped the ball on processing my order, despite knowing how urgent it was. When I reached out to customer service, the first person was totally clueless and gave me generic, copy-pasted replies. The second person was a bit better but still offered a ridiculous solution: a partial refund for the shipping fee. Seriously, that doesn’t even come close to fixing the problem. I’ve decided to never use this POD service again. The whole experience was a nightmare and the so-called resolution was a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

    I’ve used Gelato for over

I’ve used Gelato for over $100k worth of fulfillment, and it's time to lay down the truth. This company is a middleman, not a real POD provider. They just connect print houses with software and APIs, so when problems arise, you’re left waiting for their "partners" to respond. Their packaging claims are misleading; bubble wrap was promised but replaced with flimsy plastic. When I complained, they cited environmental reasons but didn’t change the product description or packaging. Tracking changes without notice, causing chaos with customer orders and bad reviews. Their "Platinum" program is a joke, making you pay upfront while competitors offer better terms. Their website is full of bugs, and even their Personalization Tool is a mess. The so-called Account Manager is often unavailable, making the service even slower. Avoid this software company if you’re serious about POD.

So, I thought Gelato would be a great choice for my Print on Demand needs because their platform looks so modern and easy to use. Setting up my template and linking it to my online store was a breeze, and I was pretty excited about how simple it all seemed. But then I ordered my first item. The design needed some tweaks to fit the fabric better, so I made adjustments and reordered. When the item arrived, the logo on the back was completely misaligned, even though my template was spot on. I contacted their support, and their solution was to tell me to “move the logo” myself. Seriously? The mistake was clearly theirs, but they wouldn't admit it or help fix it. If you care about quality and reliability, skip Gelato. Their interface might look good, but the results are disappointing, and their customer service is no help when it matters.

I used to love Gelato, they were my go-to for everything. Orders were always shipped super fast and the quality was on point. But lately, it's been a nightmare. Over the busy season, I ran into some issues with my orders and trying to get help from Gelato has been a real pain. It's like they're not even listening anymore. I keep getting these automated responses that don't solve anything. Before, they were so helpful and friendly, now it feels like talking to a robot. I asked to speak to someone about my problems and all I got were empty promises. It's really frustrating when you're waiting for an order and all they do is say they’ll fix it in the future. This recent experience has been so bad that I’m seriously thinking of taking my business somewhere else. It's a shame because they used to be so good.

Gelato has done nothing to fix

So I tried Gelato for my print-on-demand business, and it’s been a complete disaster. Placed some orders over two weeks ago, and they’re still not shipped. Customer support is awful, just full of empty promises and fake assurances. They keep saying my issue’s been "escalated," but nothing ever gets done. My 12-year streak of 5-star reviews on Etsy is ruined because of them. During the busiest season too! Since mid-November, all my US orders are delayed with no transparency. I’ve sent tons of emails, but all I get are more lies about things "shipping soon." Gelato has done nothing to fix estimated delivery times or improve fulfillment. If you want your business to fail, Gelato is your best bet. I’m done with them and will do everything I can to hold them accountable for this mess.

    I ordered a few items

I ordered a few items from Gelato recently, and the whole experience was quite frustrating. My order was split into two packages, but the tracking info wasn’t updating for days. I reached out to their 24/7 chat service, hoping for some help, but the agent, Devine, said there was a technical issue with their tracking system. No tracking number, no idea when my stuff would arrive. After a couple of days, they sent me a link with a tracking number, saying to wait until mid-September. But then, the tracking showed my package headed to Hong Kong, not Australia! I’ve been a customer for four years, and this is the worst service I've seen. Feels like they're not transparent about their processes, and it's really disappointing. I’m rethinking my loyalty to Gelato.

I’ve been using Gelato+ for over a year now, but I'm calling it quits. The quality of their frames is disappointing; they feel flimsy and the plexiglass is way too thin. The back clips don’t secure the posters properly, so everything just feels unsteady. Prints often look faded, like they've been in the sun too long. Fulfillment is another headache. Orders are constantly delayed or outright lost. Contacting customer support is no help—they just give you boilerplate advice on tracking your order, but no real solutions. Even with their new product launches like canvas prints, the same issues persist. I’ve had orders take over a week just to dispatch, only to then vanish in transit. Tired of reordering and waiting endlessly.
