            Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. This company lacks professionalism and seems clueless about their own services. I had a deposit from an invoice that they said was on hold because I didn't submit my ID, even though I wasn't asked for it when I set up my account. When I asked customer service, they just directed me to FAQs that didn't mention anything about it. I decided to cancel my account and asked for my money to be deposited into my bank account. They said it would take 10 days, but on the 10th day, they suddenly said they were sending a check instead. I had been trying to communicate with customer service about my money, but they kept giving vague answers and blamed me for not verifying my identity, even though I had given them my social security and bank account details. It's been a whole month, and they still haven't sent my check for a significant amount of money that I really need. It feels like they're holding my money hostage, almost like it's deliberate.
