I recently engaged with Closers.io after being enticed by an advertisement pledging a skilled appointment setter for my business, ensuring a minimum of 40 sales calls within the initial 30 days. Regrettably, my encounter was far from satisfactory. Despite a hefty upfront payment of $14,000, the delivered services deviated from the promised commitment. The guaranteed appointment setter was never provided, and not a single sales call materialized within the specified timeframe. Attempts to address these issues with their customer service proved unproductive, and their failure to uphold the advertised assurance has dealt a significant blow to my business. Caution is advised for anyone contemplating their services based on my experience.

RCA has really changed my life.

RCA has really changed my life. I put money in RCA in February 2023. A year later today, what I've learned and done is more valuable than what I've spent. Priceless. I've used sales basics to improve my relationships with friends, family, and others. Things like tone, body language, listening, asking questions, being curious, not assuming, caring for others, and more. My family had issues with communication and negativity. I've changed how I talk to them and others. It's made our relationships happier. The main thing I do now is try to understand before I respond. How? By asking questions. Most of my talks now involve asking questions. I ask friends, mentors, family, and myself when I face problems. Questions make people think, and thinking is key to success. Big thanks to Mitch Harris, an awesome coach, Emma, a great person, and Bryan, who's helped many more than he knows. And this isn't the sales we're told to avoid. RCA showed me what real sales is. It's helping people see that what you offer can make their life better. Most importantly, thanks to Jesus Christ who guided me to RCA. Thank you.

One VERY DISAPPOINTED customer.

I was led to Closers by a business consultant. I believed the consultant and in Closers marketing and sales messaging and ended up spending $14,000 with Closers and $5000 in advertising on Meta all of which amounted to zero new clients or revenue for the company. To say that our results were underwhelming is a massive understatement. At every turn we were being pushed into more long-term commitments of payments to Closers. The predatory tactics used are not only bad business but downright awful for a small business like hours. Significant promises were made by Closers staff claiming that we would significantly increase our sales and bottom line using Closers seasoned team and teaching products if we just kept testing and paying them more exorbitant amounts of money. Nothing could have been further from the truth. We ended up with Calendly schedules full of leads that were not only un-qualified but of very low quality with none of them ever being able to be closed despite us using all the tactics taught by Closers. Closers is quick to point to all their valuable learning products and online workshops but when it came to getting some real oone-on-one help to customize our process to our business's needs it was like pulling teeth. Not only am I not satisfied with the results, but I would never recommend anyone to Closers. Tony Haddad was our sales consultant. He is an experienced salesperson who consistently pushed us to move forward with the program while always just providing the minimum amount of oversight needed to keep us engaged. His consistent attempts to lock us into long-term commitments to continue to spend thousands of dollars with Closers became quite evident after our first three-month agreement expired with zero results. Even after I terminated with Closers no one bothered to follow up or check in to see what happened or why it was such a complete and disastrous failure. Now I'm left holding 20K in CC debt and no one at Closures seems to care one bit.

Beware of closers.io

Our experience with Closers.io has been incredibly disappointing, and we are currently working with authorities and attorneys to build a case and take legal action against the company. We paid $17,000 expecting to receive qualified setters and closers under a "no performance, no pay" guarantee, as advertised. Unfortunately, this promise turned out to be completely false. The sales reps provided by the company delivered zero results, with one setter failing to set up a single meeting. To make matters worse, they removed our access to the contract and also revoked our access to the course materials, for which we were supposed to have lifetime access. Only when we pointed this out did they restore our access. When we requested a refund, they claimed they were not responsible for the performance of the setters/closers and that their role was merely to assist with hiring, leaving the rest to us. A quick search of ad libraries reveals this is false advertising. We paid them to provide qualified sales reps and setters who perform and help ramp up, or we don’t pay—not for a course that could be accessed for free on YouTube or elsewhere, or a hiring pool without any responsibility on their end. The company basically misled us and took our money with false advertising. Additionally, we noticed the same candidates showing up in multiple group interviews, even after we had already declined them, indicating a lack of a proper and thorough hiring process. Despite agreeing to review our dissatisfaction in a follow-up meeting, Closers.io unilaterally decided we didn’t qualify for a refund without adequately reviewing our case. They simply emailed us that they don’t issue any sort of refund and ceased communication. We requested the Slack communications and our sales calls, but we received none of them. I strongly advise others to avoid working with Closers.io. Their promises are misleading, and their business practices are unethical.

They never deliver what they promise!

Their sales reps and their ad campaigns promised me to place the setter in 1-2 weeks or money guarantee back. I paid 33% of the payment. The next payment should be after 45 days. They did not deliver their promise within 1-2 weeks and delayed 4 weeks. Only after 6 weeks, they found a setter for me. They asked the next payment. I told them that they placed a setter later than the sales reps promised. I would pay the remaining after 4 weeks. They removed the sales reps that they gave. I asked a solution. I wanted my money back or I wanted a sales reps. But their account manager told me: they would never give the money back. they could only replace the reps within 45 days only if I pay the rest of the payment. I did not have any trust that they would deliver. so I refused to pay anything because they delayed placing the setter and they removed the setter and they did not give my money back. So I lost 5k which is 33% of the payment. If you want to receive the delayed service or if you want to give hard earned 5000 usd and lose that money forever, you can definitely purchase anything from closers.io. Thinking to purchase the service, think one more time. Jumanazar.

No show to the meetings

My first experience was far from great. They simply don’t turn up to their own meetings. Poor experience must be a sign of not excellency.

I have been working with closers.io, specifically Temple Naylor as my account manager, for about 7 months now. When I began with this team, I was earning around $10k/month in my agency. In my FIRST month with Temple and the team, I made $57.5k that month, and the following month I reached $70k. This was with no employees and a $9k/month ad spend, leading to very high profit. Since then, I have regularly earned $50-75k/month in my agency with high profit margins, changing my entire life, allowing me to drop out of high school, move into my own condo, and so on - all the fun things :). I have gained SO MUCH knowledge from working with this team, the main one being high ticket sales. If I hadn't discovered closers.io, I would NOT be earning what I do, living the life I live, etc. Collaborating with this company changed my life, and I am forever gratefull for what I have learned and the connections I've made being a part of their STA program. RCA is really amazing! They offer sales training and have a great community of skilled, hard-working people. Cole Gordon changed my life before I joined. I heard about him in early January 2023. His sales method intrigued me and sparked my interest in the industry. I joined in late September of the same year after a Zoom call. It was a fruitful decision. I didn't know anything about sales but worked hard to learn. It was a big mindset shift for me. I quit alcohol and smoking and focused on self-improvement. I'm really impressed with this training, especially the advanced Ascension track. In just 45 days, I got back my whole investment, DOUBLED my income, started leading my team, raised my close rate, and hit a company record for monthly annualized revenue. Jet Boardman coached me with a full heart and so much practical advice. After almost every coaching call with him, I would enroll a new client. The training ROCKS - you can implement it quickly. The group coaching calls answer all your questions, issues, and give you peer support that makes you feel like sales is less of a lonely grind. I came in with a deep love for sales but now I am a sales professional with the most amazing momentum I have ever had in my career. I am deeply grateful. My journey with 30 Day Closer began in January 2023. While working long hours at my full-time job, I went through the course. It was easy to follow, but I felt I needed more support and guidance. So, I decided to invest in RCA in mid-July 2023. The coach provided exactly what I needed! By the end of August, I entered their pipeline and had numerous interviews. However, it wasn't until I decided to quit my job in December 2023 and fully commit that I found success. I accepted a setter position in mid-January 2024. Shortly after, the company announced a change to set-to-close. Despite the learning curve, I've closed 4 deals and doubled my income. This is just the beginning! Closers.io gave me a lot of help.

Closers.io gave me a lot of help. They helped me bring on my first closer, who got up to speed fast and was hitting KPI in just a few weeks — now he’s bringing in about \$80K each month. Their hiring system works really well and seems to be something they do realy well. The coaching side goes deep. There’s useful training, Q\&A calls, and good support. My account manager, Elizabeth, has been great — always quick to answer and easy to work with. One thing that was a bit tough was setting up 1-on-1 calls sometimes, and you really need to push yourself to get the most out of it. But if you’re ready to work hard, it’s worth doing.
